Caroline was awesome and very responsive! I booked through Booking.com and paid my deposit through Zelle. I locked myself out and Caroline responded at 11pm with a backup method to enter the property. I highly recommend Starlite Real Estate if you’re looking for a very clean and classy place to stay.

They are very responsive and definitely trustworthy! I had booked my Airbnb and unfortunately I had to cancel due to certain circumstances. Caroline was awesome! She suggested few things and she was very understanding. I’m so glad that I had a person like her to help me and I was able to put complete trust into the entire process! Ludicrously overpriced property managed by the most dishonest, and morally bankrupt people I've ever rented from. Expect to deal with a very rude and remarkably unprofessional property manager. I've spoken with other tenants who complained of management screwing them out of their security deposits and can confirm the validity of these claims.

Big shoutout to your staff member who drives a big Ford and yells so loudly at houseless people that the entire neighborhood takes notice. On a rainy night during a pandemic, the cruelty on display here speaks volumes about the culture of any company and its owners that they'd be so heartless.

Caroline is awesome! I had been searching for the perfect venue to celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday party(all pink bash). I came across Caroline's San Pedro property online and was in awe. I messaged her and she responded quickly. I gave her all the details on what the property was being used for and she was more than happy to accommodate us. We had a good experience with Starline Real Estate. The furnished units are in good condition and the beach is just a 3 min walk! We loved the design of the units, for Caroline did a great job decorating and making you feel like you're living in a modern and chic environment. We had some unexpected mishaps while we were there (broken coffee table/moving out earlier than expected), and Caroline was great in working with us in a timely manner which we greatly appreciated!

My wife and I stayed at the Air B&B unit #8. It was so relaxing and cozy. We loved listening to the waves looking at the view. We would definitely go back. One thing to be aware of but it is not a negative, is the parking lot is very tight especially turning in with how the cars park on the street. But it is very nice to know you have a spot guaranteed every night. Caroline was so nice and responded fast. Even being flexible with us pushing our reservation back due to covid. We loved our time.

Caroline is super professional, hard working, very efficient with answers and communication. I moved into an absolutely beautiful charming house in San Pedro. She accommodated all my needs. I did read her not so good reviews before but honestly if you read between the lines you can see that there are people who wanna complain.
She is professional smart and very very flexible, when it comes to accommodating her clients needs.

I booked the Lux Fairytale house directly from Caroline at Starline Realty. The process was smooth an effortless. The home was exactly as depicted on the photographs. When we arrived for our family Christmas reunion, everyone was pleasantly surprised! The views were spectacular! The house is spacious, but very cozy. The house is furnished nicely and made everyone feel very comfortable. The kitchen, although on the smaller side, has everything needed to prepared a large family dinner. The only thing lacking is perhaps better lighting. Oh, did I mention the lemon tree?

SHADY. I booked a house for my wedding reception through AirBnb. It really was a beautiful house. Told them upfront I needed it for 40-50 people. After I paid them they told me they wanted $50 for every four extra people IN CASH on arrival. They would not accept it through Airbnb. Says right there on each listing "do not communicate or exchange money outside of Airbnb."

Was very helpful in finding me a great deal for an ocean front vacation rental without all of the excess fees of some of the websites out there. Initially I was apprehensive bc I had to do a credit check but good thing this service didn't even ding my credit...certainly worthwhile rather than paying an extra almost $1,000 from alternative options for accommodations. All was smooth, wonderful stay and Caroline was really accommodating.

Right on the Ocean! I absolutely loved our weekend. The view from our bed was stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was very clean and the sheets were SO soft. Most places have hard, cheap sheets that sometimes irritate my skin, not this place! AND they don't skimp in cheap toilet paper...we will definitely be back. Karoline was so accomodating and got back to us right away. Loved the little cafe up the street too!

Stumbled across an apartment that Starline Real Estate so happens to manage. First time I called about the unit, a lady named Caroline was able to get some information to me about it and was able to go view the apartment. For an apartment that was described as move-in ready, there was equipment laying around, smoke detectors that needed to be installed and crickets in the shower. Nonetheless, we saw potential in the unit and decided to apply. Starline's website is in need of some updating and their web-based application has glitches. More on this later. We rented a 1 bedroom apartment at 3825 Bluff Place #20 in San Pedro for the month of February, 2018. Caroline was very responsive whenever I contacted her except for the email I sent yesterday. Our experience not a good one, and it was extremely odd. It began the day before we were to arrive. I received an email from Caroline saying that the bathtub needed to be reglazed and asking whether we would like it done the morning of our arrival or after we checked in. This review is on the property located at Cabrillo Beach called The Riviera, studio Unit #14. The building itself is a beautiful 1920s Spanish building that I've dreamed of living in since I was a little boy. The initial appointment went well, the unit was clean and bright. The unit had a beautifully open kitchen/main room set up with cutouts in the wall between the two. The views from the main room look out onto the marina and the Vincent Thomas Bridge. I recently made a decision to help out one of the kids in finding and renting and apartment, hopefully nearby. We found one near Cabrillo Beach, in San Pedro. While not to everyone's taste, I loved the wonderful features of the building and the unit, which looked to be from the 1920s. It had beautiful wood floors and a lot of built ins.
