I lost my princess cut diamond out of my engagement ring and Karen did an amazing job helping me find a beautiful replacement diamond in a cut I have always wanted (and within my budget). Terry is a man of his craft. He took the time out of his busy schedule to talk and explain to me about my items.
They do appraisals for most of the franchise jewelry stores in the area, so i figured i might as well cut out the middleman, and go straight to them, much better price and service.

Terry was terrific. This was our first Crown of Light diamond and he explained in detail the cut and that it was a recognized brand name (patented design). He answered all of our questions about the diamond and the appraisal process.
We really appreciated that he took the time to ask us about when and where we bought diamond.
While there, he cleaned my diamond ring. What a difference it made. He said anytime we are in the area to stop in and they'd clean our jewelry.
As we were leaving, we told him about all the positive reviews that we read Google prior to our visit and let him know we he exceeded

Terry and Karen are wonderful! After my mother passed, they helped us break apart one of her cocktail rings that no one wanted, helping us design and make beautiful necklaces for her great granddaughters and granddaughters to treasure forever with the stones from the ring. They answered all are questions and were incredibly helpful! I can't wait to give the necklaces to the kids for the holidays!

My appointment was easy to make and they were great in working with my schedule. They were very professional and friendly. The appraisal took maybe an hour, which I spent shopping at the nearby Friendly Center. Once they were done, I received detailed appraisals with explanations. The whole process was made so simple and easy by them. I would definitely recommend seeing them for any appraisal needs.
