I just want to express how much of an asset Brian Jackson is to your team. He sold me a Jeep Patriot back in October and my girlfriend recently had to look for a new vehicle. I directed my girlfriend to Brian who no doubt went beyond what a sales representative has to do. My girlfriend forgot her check book and you guys were already closed. Brian came back to meet us to finish the sale way past his scheduled shift. Whatever you do please make sure he knows how valuable he is to your company. I'll 100% get my next car from him. After browsing some cars on Pellegrino’s website and taking interest in one, I was quickly put in contact with Brian Jackson. Although the original car I wanted had been sold, Brian was helpful in showing me other similar cars and had great information. I’m very happy with the car he sold me and the actual process of purchasing the car was handled quite efficiently. Brian’s an easy-going, straightforward, and honest guy. Brian was great. Looked at inventory online, Brian reached out the next day. No heckling just bottomline pricing was given to me. Everything done in a timely manner. And continuous communication through the process. Everyone was friendly. It was a great experience. Brian went above and beyond as I needed things after the sale and he was helpful.

Had a lot of bad luck at big name dealers so I figured I would try local. Pellegrino not only showed better quality in work, but had way more of a family friendly environment! Brian Jackson felt more like a friend than a sales man, easy to talk too, and made sure my 2013 Honda Crv was ready before I even test drove the car, and I was more than pleased! Brand new brakes all around, car was clean, tires had many miles left and the car was as healthy as a horse! I would recommend Pellegrino Sales to anyone who's looking for a quality used car! Thank you Brian once again for a pleasant experience!
