Sky View Rehabilitation & Health Care, nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of the Hudson Valley, was built around serving the needs of our residents in a magnificent, inspiring environment. Getting back on your feet in as short amount of time as possible is not only our priority: it's our promise.
Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals who are hand-selected based on their desire to help others. To ensure that our residents receive the attention and service they deserve, our staff undergoes special in-service training, learning how to implement Sky View's Mission and Philosophy on a daily basis.
Our team of highly credentialed physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapists work in tandem to create restorative care programs that prepare our residents for their eventual return back home. Boasting an incredibly low patient-to-therapist ratio, our team is hard at work 7 days a week helping each resident achieve their highest level of recovery.

This place is is a terrible terrible place my mother was here recently for rehabilitation the only thing she got from here was very very sick and ended up at the hospital
She was left in soiled diapers multiple times she is Septis from a UTI has E. coli
Covid and her body is so de pleated she needed a blood transfusion . The food here is always cold my mother has never had a hot meal the few weeks she’s been here . Lots of tiny bugs in here room as well
This place deserves no stars
Is horrible don’t send your loved ones here

This place is horrible! My mother was just in there for a little more than 2 weeks for rehab. Coming out of the hospital after being on a ventilator she was free of infection. The Dr. There sent her to the ER after the whole weekend before we were telling the nursing staff she just wasn't right. She was acting like she had a UTI. So this place apparently doesn't have a Dr on the weekends or on call, unbelievable. So this Dr sends her to the ER saying he was afraid she was pre septic, seriously! I told him she wasn't coming back there and that he did her a favor by sending her to the hospital. It

This is my mother-in-laws second time at Sky View for rehabilitation. We are grateful to have seen many of the same friendly faces to welcome her back with open arms. They were diligent, patient and encouraged her to keep going even when things got tough in order for her to return home. Even during COVID, she always felt safe, especially considering the current pandemic. From the food, to nursing, to activities, social work, and admission, it was all great. A special shout out to the physical therapy department, especially Larry and Tyler, who went above and beyond to treat my mother-in-law like

Skyview is a very well kept facility which I would strongly recommend to friends and family. The staff was polite and very respectful, to the patients and family memebers.
During this challenging time, all health care facilities are trying to operate in this new normal. One frustrating challenge was the Covid cases that began to appear within the facilty, which caused family visits to be restricted, patients quarantined and undergoing frequent testing. Although, I do appreciate how the quick response, I think being proactive in this new environmment is the key.

Unfortunately after reading all the great reviews, I had my parent brought there. The first night there, no one had reviewed her paperwork, refused to provide medication, refused to keep us informed of her treatment. The day that the insurance provided coverage stop, they refuse to provide her care. Please be wary of what the resident's needs are before choosing here.

My mom has been living at Sky View Rehab and Health Care Center for almost 3 years. She is well taken care of and treated with respect by the staff. She enjoys the many activities that they offer, which keep her busy and engaged. I enjoy many of the activities, as well, participating with my mom. I also really like that Sky View has their own rehabilitation department, in the large room full of equipment. Sky View is a place that truly cares about the residents living there, as well as the residents’ families.
I highly recommend Sky View to anyone looking for a great place for a loved one.

I would highly recommend Skyview Rehabilitation facility to anyone. The entire staff works together as a highly oiled machine and treat your loved one as one of their own! They go above and beyond to make sure that all of your questions are answered and any concerns dealt with immediately. Their primary dedication is to the rehab individual yet, they also tirelessly answered all of my silly questions and made me feel involved as a concerned family member especially during this wonderful COVID time that we are enduring. I cannot thank the staff enough for time and energy that they spent to reassure

Sky view has been so good to our family during this scary time of having a loved one in medical care at this point in time, it is easy to put the blame on a Nursing facility or a Hospital for this virus! This facility has been amazing, nursing staff is great, rehab is okay and helpful! Communication is great here and the activity department has been amazing! Laura and her team have done such a great job keeping us in touch with Mom with face time calls weekly, providing her the newspaper daily and any puzzles,books, etc. that she asked for! I would highly recommend Sky view to anyone, they did
