Our providers are experts in the evaluation and treatment of digestive and liver diseases, including disease of the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, gall bladder, bile ducts and pancreas. In fact, DDAR is the largest gastroenterological practice in Rockland County in terms of patient volume as well as number of procedures performed annually.

Digestive Disease Associates of Rockland (DDAR) is a group of seven board-certified fellowship-trained gastroenterologists, two board-certified pathologists with subspecialty training in gastroenterology, and a certified nurse practitioner. Board-certified anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists are also on premises to provide anesthesia services.

When I saw the Explanation of Benefits for the colonoscopy my husband had at a local Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), I nearly flipped out. A large part of the costs was applied to his deductible and not covered by his insurance carrier. From that moment on, I knew that my upcoming colonoscopy was going to be done at your office.

I wish to extend my deepest thanks and appreciation to Dr. Andrew Goldenberg and Debbie Caputo for the excellent care and treatment they gave me during my recent stomach issues.
They took my complaints seriously and continued doing tests and prescribing medications until my issues were solved.
They were kind, caring and excellent communicators. When I called their office, they returned my call the same day. I felt like a valued patient, not just a number to them. I highly recommend both of them.

Dr Andrew Goldenberg and the staff at DDA of Rockland are great.
i have had several colonoscopies and endoscopies done here and
all of the procedures have been done with the utmost professionalism and patient care. Dr. Goldenberg is thorough in explaining the results and aftercare. Best GI Doc around.

After receiving exceptional care from doctor Parag Shah back on February 2020, I found out that there was a bill that was never paid. The collection agency informed me that $789.97 was due one year ago. I immediately called my insurance company. they informed me that the doctors office miss coded the invoice and that's why they the Insurance company never paid. When I called back to explain to the book keeper Cathy of there error she snapped telling me that it was my fault that I didn't take care of it sooner. I explained that I never received any bills and to resubmit the bill with the right codes

The front desk people were helpful and polite.

When I woke and dressed Dr.Hollander met with me in an office and described his findings. He took his time and reminded me to call if I had any problems. There were no problems. He said he would speak to me in a

Dr. Heller is the most compassionate and kind doctor. He says and embodies that he does this because he cares and feels privileged to be able to help his patients. I was truly touched by him personally calling the night after my procedure to check on me and answer any questions- This was not just a formality, he gave me all the time I needed to ask the things I did not think of in office, and ensure that I was comfortable reaching out again if I had any questions or concerns.
