At Xpress, our clients and passengers are the heart of our company. We believe that with a focus on meeting the needs of our clients and implementing strong and sustainable business practices, including a strong driver training program and the ability to offer needs based solutions, we will be able to continue to provide a much needed service to Metro Detroit.

In 2003, we decided to meet a need. That need was for a more reliable and dependable transportation service. Since its inception, Xpress has formed a reputation, among its clients, for being the most trustworthy transportation company in Southeastern Michigan. From the beginning, we became more than just a resource, but trusted partners to our clients and surrounding community.
Services
Xpress employs a complete screening program for new hires and a rigorous training program before putting our drivers on the road with passengers. Criminal Background checks including a check for inclusion in the National Sex Offender Registry. Employee Health Screenings (which include a TB test) to determine physical aptitude before actively performing job duties.
Xpress follows a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding the unlawful abuse of alcohol, and drugs (prescription & non-prescription) while driving or performing the tasks of transporting our passengers. All drivers for our company who are proven to be under the influence of any of the aforementioned substances will be subject to disciplinary action & termination.
Xpress covers much of Southeastern Michigan, including Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties. Below is a list of cities we service. If you don't see your city listed, please contact us to inquire about getting service in your area. We promise to provide a safe and reliable transportation service in company vehicles that are clean, in good mechanical order and professionally driven for the comfort and convenience of our passengers.
We pride ourselves on our great work environment and quality services. Please review our driver job description and if you feel this is for you, you can download and mail in an application or apply for a position online. Please note that all our drivers are carefully screened and background checked.
If you have your own vehicle(s), or even your own small business, you can be a part of the Xpress Network. If you have minivans/vans, they must be wheelchair accessible with lifts/ramps that hold 600-800 lbs. If you are looking to be a driver and don't want to be a part of our network, we also hire drivers.

Terrible. My young son is wheelchairbound and on a ventilator. We are forced to keep using this company because of Medicaid. We are left waiting for pickup for hours after his appointments weekly. Once we waited for 5 hours to be picked up!!! Do not use for Medicaid if you can avoid it

If you have a blind patient do not use this company.
They seemingly take advantage of the blind.
My husband's chair time is over at 7pm.
He gets home hours later, he's heavily medicated, they have driven him on a number of occasions to pickup and drop off passing him up our home to makeup time and keep others happy.
At this point I don't know what to do, but pray that things will get better.
As soon as I can find a legitimate company they won't have to be bothered with us anymore, because they are mak UK ng our lives miserable.

Turned.back with 8 hours 37 minute notice. By MTM rules suppose to be turned back by noon day before trip not 11:53Pm. MTM suppose to give you 72 hour written notice before cancelling ride not 1 hour 15 minutes after you call. IF BOOKED WITH THIS COMPANY DEMAND SOMEONE ELSE.

This company was very helpful when I needed transportation. The driver was very courteous and respectful, and the person that I spoke with over the phone to set the appointment up seemed to be very knowledgeable and polite. Overall, it seems like this company takes customer service pretty serious. I would definitely use the company again for transportation needs.

I was able to call 2 days before I needed a pick-up and schedule. The driver was right on time picking my grandmother up from dialysis. He took the best route and dropped her at her apartment door inside of an 11 story building. I would definitely use Xpress again!
