Non-Emergency Transportation Report

First Response EMS offers Non-emergency Ambulance Transport, transporting your loved ones too and from their doctors appointment, dialysis treatments, chemotherapy, hospitals and any other medical engagements. First Response EMS, BLS transport units are for patients who need stretcher transport and basic vital sign monitoring.

Wheelchair Transoportation Report

First Response EMS provide Wheelchair and Ambulatory transportation able to handle patients in any capacity whether your bound to a wheelchair or stretcher or capable of walking, First Response EMS is capable to transport. Our Wheelchair transportation service is available to all people: senior citizens, adults and children with special needs.

Special Event Coverage Report

First Response EMS provides, medical stand-by service statewide for your special event. We offers stand-by medics, and or one or multiple ambulances for your event depending on the risk involved and number of participants. I don’t know about other peoples experience but mine was great. Mohamad and Danielle were amazing. The office staff was great with coordinating the time. They showed up on time. We got to the appointment on time and came back home on time. Ty so much truly appreciated.

Terrible service truck broke down on the way to the hospital it took them 3 hours to get me there when I should of only took about 15 minutes. Driver very rude. Worst customer service

I would not even leave 1 star but it made me pick at least one. HORRIBLE company, gave me the run around in a transfer I arranged. Talked to several people and was given confirmation and a time to be picked up, they never showed up then tried to tell me it wasn't confirmed. Given another time and again no show, said waiting on staff , but staff is on the way and they would be here in 3 hours. 3 hours came and went and they did not show up! called again and they said I needed to talk to the supervisor as this was never approved and said they would call me back and needless to say I was never called

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I WAS LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT AND THE DRIVER WAS ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN THE VAN I CONTACTED THE DISPATCH AND SHE WAS SO APOLOGETIC BUT IT WAS NOT HER FAULT. WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY ANYMORE.
