I cannot even award one star for this person. I live across the street from a complex where she is the property manager and I am forced to deal with her. She is incompetent, vindictive, stubborn and extremely hostile.
I am at a loss as to why this beautiful complex hired her but I guess they did not check references. I cannot wait until she is gone.

Our large HOA association in Marin County fired Hannah Robertson about one and a half year ago. She was the most unprofessional person we all had to deal with. Our large association came together to fire her, as many individuals in our HOA found her very manipulative. We had to really heal as a community after firing her. Please save yourself a lot of headaches by not working with her.

Working with Hannah has been a very professional experience. She is knowledgeable about HOA rules and knows how to get things done. She pays attention to detail and has a great network of competent and reliable outside contractors for maintenance and repairs. She is not afraid to address issues and deliver the sometimes "not so good" news such as special assessments and potential hazards. She is timely with budgets and reports and is always available by phone.

Here is another opinion about Hannah Robinson: she was the property manager of a small HOA my husband belonged to. She left in June of this year. In my opinion,
she was frequently wrong, did not admit mistakes and treated us and other HOA members with disrespect and gave out erroneous information that caused my husband harm. She seemed to be on some kind of a power trip that compelled her to be high-handed. Her departure was met with relief. Buyer beware!

Hannah does not take responsibility for her mistakes, but instead puts the responsibility on her clients. She is adversarial, and will not follow up on the clients and property owners requests. She works with the contractors very well by allowing them to do shoddy work and not hold them responsible. She hires contractors from out of state and can't remedy any warranty issues when they leave.

I highly recommend you do not choose Robertson Property Management (RPM) to manage your Home Owners' Association (HOA). Our HOA just terminated our contract with RPM after one of the most challenging years our membership can recall.

As a former tenant of a property managed by Ms. Robertson, I can say that my dealings with her over the return of my deposits and retro rent were completely frustrating. During the process, she started out ok, but, but as time wore on, and I wasn't getting the close to $5,000 due to me...she seemed to disappear. No follow up, she blamed others, and she was just plain non-responsive. When I FINALLY received a check, it was incorrect, and it took an additional week to get the balance due. I received no communication from Ms. Roberson to apologize for her mistake. It took two months from
