I would highly recommend this company to anyone,the staff there was so nice they explained everything step by step they answer all my questions anything I needed help with they was there and the process was very easy everything online and through email.I just had to go pick my keys when everything was finalized.I really appreciate them so much thanks to the whole staff who help me through the process special thanks to Ms.Wendy she was very patient with me.

I was interested in a rental property in breaux bridge, and for 1 week of calling and waiting, the girl skylar, said she would talk to the manager and get back to me. 4 days later i called and she said, someone already submitted an app, and they are waiting for the deposit. My mother had called, and the skylar lady, said, "he should've contacted management" and when told that was her job to follow up, she said "well, he can just find another property to rent." im willing to bet she either held the property for a friend, or she just wanted the easy way out. we are 2k miles away with a close deadline

I’ve been renting from BG Realty for almost 3 years now and absolutely have no complaints. They are very professional and will always go out their way to make sure your needs are met ! The entire staff is remarkable!

I had my A/C break and contacted BG in the late afternoon when I found out via email. They were responsive with a reply that help would be there in the morning, and someone was. The A/C repairman for the company showed up, had to leave for a part, then arrived back and I had cold air again. He was very polite and quick to get everything done. Very appreciative for the speedy assistance so my kids didn’t have to spend the night in the Louisiana heat.

I had a really good experience securing a rental property with this company. I was able to do all the paperwork online and only had to show up at their office to pick up the keys and turn in the deposit. Their staff is very responsive to questions. Maintenance requests are filed online and their maintenance workers are prompt and thorough with their work orders. Rent payment is handled online too. Thus far, one of the better property management companies I've dealt with.

Everytime i call they come...period. look its a rent house older than i am and things happen but when i call they come and they either fix or replace. usually repairs up to the owner..not the management company. yall talk to Deana shes great.

On June 27th, at approximately 10 pm the property that we were leasing as of June 4th 2021 Caught fire In the bathroom. It was the ceiling vent that was not grounded correctly and caught fire. Luckily my son came in the room and smelled smoke. He went in the bathroom and saw a fire! We jumped up and Luckily my husband had just arrived home and tried to put it out. The fire department came and put it out completely in the attic and helped get the smoke out. Well we thought our problems were over until we tried to call the leasing company for help further instructions anything. No response for over

I was looking to rent a house from them. By myself I make 4 times the rent a month and I was applying with 3 roommates. all fine credit history and full time jobs.

They leasing agent said we practically Pre-approved. He urged all three of us to apply and all three of us to pay the non-refundable $75 application fee ASAP so we could move in.

Within 3 or 4 hours I got an email back saying we were not approved. No explanation why. I called and still no explanation. I asked them if I cant get a refund, I would like a copy of the records they supposedly pulled to refuse my application and they said

This excellent review goes to BG Realty in general but especially to our property manager Mechelle Hanks. She is the best in any aspect of rental property manager could have. She responds to phone calls either at the time or within the hour. She is very detail about communicating problems or changes at our properties. Love you Mechelle! Thanks for everything!

I wish we had the ability to give zero stars. That's how bad this MGMT co is. They are the hardest people to get into contact with. Our townhomes have go downhill rapidly due to their poor MGMT skills. Please never choose this company for ANY reason.

BG realty will not respond to our maintenance requests and we can rarely get them to answer the phone or call us back.
