Services
Dr. Tae R. Yoon was raised in Vancouver, Canada. He studied electrical engineering at McGill University in Montreal. He worked as a software engineer/developer until he found his affection to help kids and in dentistry. Dr. Yoon earned a DMD (Dentariae Medicinae Doctor) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Tufts University in 2010.

I cannot express how amazing our experience has been with all the staff here.
My son is 6 and had his first successful dental visit this week. He has refused to let anyone even look in his mouth for years. Our most recent visit to a family dentist ended with him running out of the building and into the parking lot. 😔
We went to Bothell Everett Kids Dentistry yesterday and again today. It was a night and day difference. He let them do a full cleaning yesterday and then today he had two cavities filled! I'm still in shock at how cooperative he was and how comfortable the hygienist made him feel

We have been going to Dr Yoon for couple of years. My daughter always feels calm and loves how the doctor always makes the experience more stress free for her. Dr. Yoon is amazing and never tries to overdo dental treatments. My daughter loves watching her favorite shows while getting her dental works. Its an exceptionally clean place. I also want to thank Celine who put my daughter at ease. She made sure that my daughter is completely relaxed and held her hand through the entire dental work. Things like these show that they genuinely care about these little kiddos.

Everyone here is genuinely sweet to children and makes dental cleanings pleasant for both of our kids. My kids are put at ease by the show or movie playing above each seat, but they're more engaged with the techs doing the cleaning and Dr Yoon doing a final check than zoned out watching. I think they do a great job with the cleaning while being fast enough for impatient kids. Would definitely recommend for a first dentist for kids as young as 1.5 that they will be happy with for years!

Took my toddler to Dr. Yoon for his first dental appointment, had high hopes based on reviews, and the experience lived up to the hype! My kiddo gets fussy in unfamiliar experiences (what toddler doesn't?), and has been super fussy on our last couple visits to the doctor, so I had cautious optimism going into the appointment. But everyone we worked with was very mellow and calm and understanding, and even though my kiddo whimpered and pursed his lips at one point, we got the job done with minimal issues and even left with a special toy! Thanks for taking care of us, we'll see you in six months

Dr. Yoon and his staff are always amazing! They have great patience working with both my daughters ages 4 and 5. The front office staff are friendly and always greet us with an amazing smile. They're great to sent reminders through text and email. The office is clean and very child friendly. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Another amazing experience with Dr. Yoon! Although my daughter is five years old and is highly susceptible to cavities, Dr. Yoon is able to get in there no problem, with no tears, no anxiety and completely take care of everything in such a calming easy-going and fun atmosphere!
My one year-old also got her first dental appointment and I thought there was no way he would be able to check her, but again was proven wrong with Dr. Yoon's amazing assistants and calming presence. Thank you again, you're a miracle worker and so wonderful with the children!!!

I have been taking my 3 children to Bothell Everett Kids Dentistry for over two years. This is a top notch facility with an exceptional staff. The front desk staff is very welcoming and extremely efficient. The hygienists have all been professional and extremely polite. Dr. Yoon is great with my kids and takes the time to explain procedures and answer questions. The facility is clean and modern. Very kid friendly. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, this is a fantastic choice.

The doctor is nice but he was in a rush when he worked on my daughter's filling. The filling broke off and we had to go back 3 times to fix. We finally found a different doctor to fix it that cost us more money.
Office staff are rude. They mispronounced our daughter's name. We told them the correct name. They looked at me in a mean way and ignored us.
I hope Dr. Yoon reads this and talk to his staff to be more professional both on the phone and in the office.

Dr. Yoon is great!! Loved the ladies who cleaned my kids teeth. Always get such great service here from Dr. Yoon and his hygienists. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is due to the lady who checked us in up front. Check out was great, with a different receptionist, but overall, we love going to Bothell Everett kids dentistry and look forward to our next visit!

We're so happy to have found Dr. Yoon! He's very friendly and great with kids. All the staff from the ladies at the front desk to the ladies who clean teeth are so friendly and nice! They explain what's going on to the kids so they aren't scared. There's a nice little play/waiting area and tv's when the kiddos are getting their teeth cleaned and when they're done they get a coin to get a toy from the vending machine thing. Pretty cool! Very easy to schedule appointments which is what brought us here!

This was exactly the place I was looking for !! They were all so good with my daughter as this was her first visit and she does not like people in her mouth but they were so patient and kind and I really appreciate that !! The dentist and assistant were so nice and explained everything very well and were just great with her (and me haha ) !! I highly recommend even though this was our first visit !! The only thing which is no ones fault is it's quite awkward with the chairs being so close together with no privacy like everyone is just watching and listening to our exam but I love everything

We couldn't be happier with our visit! I was looking for a pediatric dentist for my 1 year old daughter's first check up and my sister in law recommended this place. She told me everyone there is nice and the dentist was very fair and honest - like they should be. I was still worried my daughter would be scared, but she did wonderful thanks to Dr. Yoon and his staff who were super friendly and patient! The clinic itself is very clean and modern with lots of children's books and magazines to read. They also have a little 'zoo' of large sized animals that the older kids seemed

I'm going to preface this review by saying that we have just moved to the area and came from an EXCELLENT pediatric dental office that has made me set my standards pretty high...
The staff here is nice, the space is clean and modern, and it appears to be very kid-friendly in a clutter-free ikea sort of way. That being said, there isn't anything there that would make my kid want to come back. There were no partitions separating the chairs, so when the child next to us was crying from being scared, it scared my son even more because he could see him wiggling and freaking out! Our previous

I have twin 10 year old daughters.. one is terrified of dentists, like her mom.. the other LOVES the dentist, like no one I've ever known.. =) The Bothell Everett Kids Dentistry team has made BOTH of my daughters feel at ease, taken care of and important. I brought my one year old here for his first dentist appointment. When I called to make the appointment, they were able to get me in the very next day. All of the staff were friendly and comfortable with kids. He cried when the dentist was looking at his teeth and the staff was very calm and encouraging. Once he was done, they clapped for him and cheered, and he immediately stopped crying and calmed down. The office is bright and cheery, and I will be returning here for future appointments.

I am very please with my first visit to Bothell Everett Kids Dentistry! My daughters are 3 1/2 years and 19 months old and have been to the dentist before, but never at a dentist that deals specifically with kids. I was very happy with the office-- clean and very kid-oriented. Both loved the giant stuffed animals to hug and "brush" their teeth. My eldest loved that they keep Highlights Magazine in the waiting room. The colors are bright and inviting. Best of all the staff is very accommodating and kind. I recently found Dr. Yoon's office and took my 4 1/2 year old son for his six month cleaning. Unfortunately my son had cavities, like a lot. Now how my previous dentist missed all of them 6 months ago... But clearly it was a good decision to find a new dentist.
I cannot say enough great things about this office! Super kind dentist and staff!!! So patient, and calm - even with a freaked out, stubborn and strong child.
I also took my 2 year old daughter there for her first dental exam and cleaning, and again nothing but praise for this office.
