Saw a Continental Limo on the 90 freeway yesterday (TCP 8730P - License ending in 38) headed westbound towards Los Angeles. The driver was in a hurry and driving reckless. Then he went into the HOV lane despite being a solo driver. He's representing a Continental Limousine but obviously feels he's entitled to break the law.
