Sam and his wife run this family business. They are very professional and responsive to our needs. I trusted Sam with a "meet and greet" at LAX for my son, his pregnant wife and 20 month old daughter after a flight from NY. He updated me on his route and arrival and his status along the way to our home. His SUV was immaculate and smoke free.
My son said his driving skill were perfect and all enjoyed the rather long cross town rush hour trip. I recommend this family run company without reservation.

BUYER BEWARE: ONLINE "BOOKING" IS NOT AN *ACTUAL* BOOKING.
Last night, I booked a limo for a group of 18 for a birthday party. Their site was easy to use and I was excited I could book online. I clicked through their reservations tab and proceeded to make what appeared to be a booking for our special event. I clicked the buttons "book now" on several screens as I navigated through what seemed like a simple and straight-forward process. (Screenshots attached.)
At the final screen I entered my credit card reservation and received what looked like a confirmation page. Yay! I proceeded to send out

Professional and attentive service.
Dealing with Mona in the office was a pleasure and we were left with no surprises. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly and clearly.
We rented a party bus. It came clean, well stocked with a friendly driver that knew his way around LA very well. Everyone had a great time and we had no worries.
I highly recommend this company.

We cannot say enough positive things about the service and our driver Andrew. From the start, the courtesy was second to none. Andrew wasn't the least bit over bearing, and still extremely assertive at the same time. He also managed to take the only picture of our proposal; there are no words to say how grateful we are to have that picture, forever appreciative! All around awesome service and we would definitely recommend them!

We had three planned events, so we booked Diamond Limo Long Beach to transport us.
They were very nice to work with from the booking process to pick-up.
The young lady who took my call was so polite and knowledgeable.
Our driver waited 20 minutes after our scheduled departure with smiling faces because a couple of members of my party got lost.
We reached our every destination quickly and safely.

The service was absolutely superb I have ever had. I am so glad because I found Diamond Limo Long Beach, their professionalism, and efficiency, were unbelievable. Our driver, Taylor arrived 15 minutes early to pick me up. He was very helpful with opening the door and making sure I was comfortable. I will be using this service so soon.

I Highly recommended "Diamond Limo Long Beach" Limousine Service!!! I hired the company for my 30 th birthday and I had a great experience. .. The reservation was so easy and no hassle.The representative was extremely helpful and got me what I needed..
Our driver for the night was so professional and friendly.. I stopped at a couple of places on the tour. I didn't even have to make a call. He was there waiting for us. The limo was as advertised. It was fully stocked bar and extremely clean and spacious ..
