It can be challenging in IT to find an individual with technical skills who can explain the solution in layman's terms. Someone who will research the needs of the customer and not only find a solution but explain any shortcomings (surprises) that vendors would rather not acknowledge. But the challenge is solved when Jeff Johnson is brought in to find the solution. Having known Jeff for many years, I can highly recommend his character, problem solving skills and follow through to completion.
