My old laptop would not print my tax returns despit everything I tried. And I had been trying for months. I needed the past five years' worth of State and Federal returns in fewer than five days. TurboTax was loaded on my hard drive. I could pull up the returns and look at them, but print a copy--no. I was stuck in an endless hell-loop and could not get out.

I called Brandon on Monday to ask for a quote on getting all of my files backed up to my external drive after my operating system had been corrupted. He was going out of town Thursday, but met with me at 6 on Wednesday and charged me $25 less than competing tech support companies had quoted me! Great service! Highly recommend!

My daughter's Mac needed some TLC. She was home from college and needed it fixed ASAP. It was a short work week due to the Thanksgiving holiday so I was concerned that we would not find someone to help us is such a short time. Brandon was amazing! He was willing to fit us into his busy schedule and even worked into the evening for us. The Mac was up and running in no time. We waited as he worked and took the computer home with us that evening. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

I referred Brandon with HelSYS Technologies to a business neighbor who needed help with their Network. He came out quickly and solved their problem and developed an on-going service relationship. He's also repaired a laptop for us and trouble shoots routers, servers and PCs. Brandon does a great job!
