Dr. Lipari and Dr. Mangiameli both graduated from NYU College of Dentistry and have been in private practice in Chappaqua, NY since 1992. Their modern office is equipped with the latest, cutting edge dental technology available. Both Dr. Lipari and Dr. Mangiameli place a strong emphasis on prevention and focus on general and cosmetic dentistry for the entire family.
They continue their education in many areas of dentistry. Dr. Lipari has been nominated from 2005 to present as one of Westchester's Top Dentist by Westchester Magazine. Dr. Lipari and Mangiameli are married, have 3 children and are delighted that their son, Richard, has joined the practice in 2021.

Services
Our office coordinator will assist you with scheduling an appointment. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you as soon as possible. If you are unable to keep an appointment and need to reschedule, please allow at least 24 hour notice so that the doctors may help someone else during that time.
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 at the initial visit. Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment i.e, . If you have x-rays from a previous dentist, you may request that they forward them to our office prior to your initial visit.
You can expect the carrier (insurance company) to reimburse you for a portion of our fee. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. Although we are not a party to the contractual arrangement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered, regardless of insurance coverage. For patients that have insurance coverage, we will process your insurance claims in order for you to receive the maximum benefits. Insurance payments will be sent directly to patients. I have been going to Dr. Lipari for about 8 years now. Him and his staff are phenomenal. I always feel like I am visiting my own family I haven't seen in a while. The level of care and attention to detail sets him apart from the rest. The pricing is transparent, the dental work and procedures are done very well (I've had some fillings done, early on, but thanks to his thorough explanation of how and where to properly clean and my routine visits twice a year I haven't had one since) I'm always very comfortable relative to other times, I had work done prior. I will never go to another dentist.

My wife and I have used dr. Lipari and Dr. Mangiameli since we moved to the area in 2000. We have always been greatly pleased with their level of skill, professionalism and kindness. This also includes both Kathy and Annette, who also are absolutely terrific.
Recently, we brought my 97 year old father to Dr. Mangiameli for some dental work. Her attention to detail and making sure that his denture fit perfectly, was duly noted. She is an absolute professional.
The entire office makes going to the dentist fun and everyone feels like family. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Dr Lipari for almost 20 years. Lipari and his entire staff are top notch. The best care and customer service you’ll ever find. A dentist Appointment you actually look forward to going to. If we ever move out of state we will be flying back for our visits, yup, he’s that good!!!!

Dr. Lipari has been my dentist my entire life. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s a great dentist who I feel actually cares for the well being of his patients. I’ve had fillings and regular dental care and he is painless. I love his staff and the office is not only so clean, but also really nice! I always feel so welcomed there by Annette And Kathy! I highly recommend this practice!

This was my first experience with Dr. Lipari and I was very impressed. His techniques are modern and professional, his "beside manner" is very nice and understandable and I felt very confident that everything he did was going to come out the best possible. I had a very complicated case involving a root canal, post and crown.

Dr. Lipari and his staff are all so accommodating and friendly and put you, the patient, at ease. Gentle is the operative word. My questions are answered in thoroughly and in easy to understand terms.
