This establishment is so inconsiderate and takes advantage of the mourning. I poured over 8k dollars into this company paid for my husband's death certificates and they only gave me pending death of cause which are useless to life insurance. When I tried to get the real death certificate with cause of death I was told to go to vital records in a different county and pay additional amount of money, then they told me after I already paid sorry gave you the wrong information and gave me a different county to get vital records from ,which I have to pay again. And FYI I found my husband's urn on Amazon

Gilbert Memorial Park handled my husband's care after he died. I was dreading the process especially when you have a limited amount of time to plan such a life altering situation. From a previous death of our daughter the funeral home in California who handled her care was so depressing, dark and smelled weird. That was what I was expecting that day. We lost our father very unexpectedly in July of 2021. Gilbert Memorial showed so much respect and compassion with my fathers remains. Karoline was very patient and walked us through the whole process. If we had questions she was always very responsive. Thank you for showing so much compassion in such a emotional time for our family.

Gilbert Memorial Park Cemetery and Funeral Home is a beautiful location and they offered our family many wonderful options for the final care of my mother. Debbie and Karoline were a pleasure to work with and made everything so seamless and easy. They were both so companionate and the entire process left me feeling very comfortable knowing that my mother was in the best of hands. Every member of the staff at Gilbert Memorial Park is excellent at what they do. They are great listeners. They are sensitive and consoling as they helped me make big decisions while I was also grieving my loved one’s loss. They put all of my concerns at ease just by the kind of people they are and how they lovingly cared for my deceased loved one. The park is beautiful and serene. I am comforted each time I go there to visit the grave sight. I am so thankful that we have the best here in Gilbert.

This place was beautiful and one of the first places I had called for my grandfathers services to be held when we sadly lost him so suddenly a few weeks ago. Being from California it was a little daunting to find a place like this so quickly and we truly were blessed to have them help out.
