Houston is a native of Maury County. He wanted to be a lawyer since he was a boy, and after receiving a degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, where he majored in History, he received his law degree from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
After serving as law clerk to federal district judge Harry Wellford in Memphis, Houston returned to his hometown and practiced law for 21 years, first with MacFarland, Colley, Blank & Jack, and then with Trabue, Sturdivant & DeWitt.His law practice was varied, and included wills and estates; divorces, custody, and support; adoptions; real estate; business law; and litigation.

Wesley was born and raised in Columbia, TN. After graduating from Ole Miss in 1999, he attended the University Of Tennessee College Of Law where he served as the Student Materials Editor of the Tennessee Law Review. After receiving his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from UT in 2002, Wesley returned to Columbia and began practicing law where he concentrates on Domestic Relations/Family Law, Criminal Law, Collections, and Landlord Tenant issues.
With a catholic father from New York and an evangelical mother who grew up outside of Houston, Texas, Shawn learned to appreciate multiple sides and outlooks early on in life. He welcomes conflict and differing opinions and views them as opportunities to learn something new. Shawn's naturally inclined to help people solve their disagreements before going to war and this mentality serves his family law clients well.

My experience with PBS has been nothing less than excellent. The staff is great and Mr. Snyder bent over backwards to help me and my children. I used him on more than one case and would highly recommend this firm to any if my friends or family. Pricing is very fair and they worked with me. No one wants to have to use an attorney but if you do these are the guys to cal .

I came to Mr. Snyder with a very unique civil case. During our first meeting he quickly answered all my questions thoroughly and explained my legal rights perfectly clear. Professional, hardworking, and ethical. Snyder has provided my family with a couple services. A custody battle , Estate planning, probate... He is always diligent about being up front with the truth even when confrontation is less than desirable. His sniper approach to things is much more efficient than the shot gun approach used by a lot of the attorneys in the area. He is well known and respected in the court room.

I highly recommend this firm for divorces. Mr Snyder quickly prepared my papers, I signed them and Brook filed them that day. As soon as my ex signed and sent back the papers I was notified. Once the State waiting period was over I went before the judge and was granted my divorce, Very reasonable prices and and quick response to all questions. Very happy with this Attorney office!!

Experience with this firm was very pleasing. It was a case over our deceased son's child and we wanted to make sure we secured visitation with him so we could build our relationship with him. We hired Mr. Bryant in July for a breach of contract case against our contractor. His initial consultation was free and when we decided to hire him, we had to pay a non-refundable retainer fee of $1000. Because we had already compiled most of the paperwork and evidence needed in our case, Mr. Bryant said that it should be a "slam dunk case" and we probably wouldn't go much over our retainer. He didn't guarantee this, but said he felt this would be a fairly straightforward and easy case.
