Nicholas (Nick) Utter was born in Huntsville, Alabama in 1972. After high school, Nick served four years in the United Sates Army in various airborne infantry and long range surveillance units. While serving in the military, he participated in deployments to Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Panama, and South Korea.
Marriage precedes Divorce, and sometimes careful planning prior to marriage can mitigate the effects of a divorce, by making a disposition of property and some support arrangements in advance. Further, second marriages with children from a prior relationship, benefit from the same sorts of advance planning.

I got a very bad vibe from this guy when it became obvious that he was calling me when he got drunk after hours. Pretty soon it was happening on a daily basis. he insisted on meeting with me after hours and locked the door once we were in his office. Always wanted to drink and would drink even when I refused. Made very inappropriate comments about my body.

I called this firm spoke to a lady named trudy... she didn't have time to hear my issue and need for legal help... honesty i was not 100% sure of what kind of case i had but she didn't ask me if i was willing to pay the retainer.. she basically said i couldn't afford it and proceeded to rush me off the phone... i admit i have mental issues and have a tendency to mix my sentences, but if your too busy to take cases why advertise at all... this lady obviously could care less about helping at all... she just wanted money.. and her assumption caused her to not get mine.... thanks for nothing.
