Kerry formed Dietz & Company Architects back in 1985 with a vision of making a difference in the community by creating architecture that also serves. Now as the Managing Principal of the firm, Kerry divides her time between managing the business, overseeing all of the firm's projects, and taking the lead on a number of jobs.

From the day Kerry Dietz started the firm more than 35 years ago, she wanted to ensure that the work she did would make a difference in the community. Even as additional staff and new communities have been added to the mix, Dietz & Company Architects has never faltered from that initial desire to create architecture that also serves.
This involves listening carefully, then crafting a project specifically tailored to what we've heard. While creating a building from the ground up is always an exhilarating process, it's rarely a simple one. At Dietz & Company Architects, we fully appreciate the beauty and complexity each project holds, and we bring a refreshing enthusiasm to the process.
Dietz & Company Architects' work on the Caring Health Center has been recognized with a Massachusetts Historical Commission Preservation Award. In August, we were invited to be one of three area architecture firms to enter a competition for a six story upscale condominium project in downtown Northampton.
Dietz & Company Architects, Inc. is pleased to announce that it is now 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Over the summer, we held an in-house competition as part of the exterior design process for our mixed-use project at Library Commons in Holyoke, MA. There are two existing buildings on site.
