The foundation has been providing medical and surgical care for the underserved areas around Guerrero, Mexico. Dr. Lou was a very sweet guy and I absolutely loved his staff. Everyone was so very pleasant and very easy to talk too. They answered all the questions I had and you can tell he truly cares for his patients. I can’t wait to get things rolling and have my mommy makeover that I have been dying to get for the past 12 years. I came in to get a breast reduction, something I wanted and needed for a long time. I just wasn’t sure if I was eligible or if my insurance would cover cost. Dr. Lou’s handle everything with the insurance company which took stress off of me. Dr. Lou was very informative and made sure I understood everything. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Lou was very calm which put me at ease. I just had surgery and so far I extremely please. Can’t wait to see the results ❤️

Love everything about Dr. Lou & the girls at the office. They're so friendly and they made me feel comfortable. everything was detailed, every question I had in mind was answered, & I enjoyed coming here. I had my breast reduction done by Dr. Lou & I am so happy I did! life changer. The more we discussed it the more confident I felt. Dr. Lou is pretty cool & I recommend his office 10/10.

Dr. Lou and his staff are amazing! He took the time to listen to all my concerns and spoke of what he can do to remedy those areas. I loved that he was not in a rush, and how humble he is for being such a successful doctor!
Aside from that, Amber at the front desk is absolutely fantastic and I’ve had no trouble reaching her either my phone or text. Dr. Lou’s assistant Erica is very knowledgeable, and can answer all of your questions anytime. She also helped me feel comfortable since I was very anxious about my appointment. Erica is his right hand woman!

Dr. Lou and his staff are amazing. He is patient and very knowledgeable. He never makes you feel rushed. After my surgery he would return call’s promptly no matter the time of day! His goal is to exceed your expectations and he does a great job at it. His post surgery office visits made me feel calm and at ease. I just called and made an appointment for a consultation last week. I get a VM today that they need to adjust the time a little, after several calls to return their call since I kept getting voice mail, they want to schedule not only the time but a different day. They moved offices and hadn’t worked out their clinic hours.......then why did you make my appointment? If something that minor is an issue then I am really concerned that if I have a emergency or a major issue, will it be handled?

I recently went in for a consultation. As I expected his entire staff was prompt, courteous and beautiful. He did the examination and answered all my questions thoroughly. I am a retired CPA medical practice consultant of 38 years and chose Dr. Lou not only for his bedside manner but for knowledge of his extremely artful work with usually almost invisible scarring (but they will never tell you that). I will be back after completing my international travels through the end of 2018.

I had a very difficult procedure done in 2015 and even though Dr. Lou had to work through some serious complications the outcome was exactly what I was hoping for. I will be going back to Dr. Lou late this year… or early next to do what I set out to do for myself and my recently deceased Mom to change my body so I can be the best I can possibly be. This last procedure will complete what I've been wanting to do for myself. Thank you Dr. Lou.
