I have been going to Royal Nail for the 7 years I've been in Naples and it was my always top choice to take family and friends when they came to visit. Unfortunately, I have had fewer and fewer good experiences (including prior to COVID) and I'm upset that I have to find another place to go because their service quality has really tanked. I've never experienced staff complain so much about the condition of someone's feet (my mom broke her toe which affected nail regrowth), or having to remove old nail polish prior to the pedicure. I ended up not waiting for my regular gal and I am bummed. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in due to a much-needed nail repair. I decided to have both a mani/pedi. My cuticles on my toes or nails weren't trimmed. I thought this was the main point of going to the nail salon. I'm not one to typically complain but after sitting in my car and looking at my nails, I had to go back inside and say something. Manager called the tech and she came out to fix my unclipped cuticles. She was short, rude, and clearly upset. Um. I just paid $100 dollars and left you a $20 tip. Needless to

I took my niece to have her nails done, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait, ok no problem, then some white man walks in and asks for service and immediately the lady says anything for you Daddy, come set here. So help me understand was I wrong for walking out?

We have been to tHis nail salon many times. The last 2 times we went probably sealed the deal for us not returning. I went 2 weeks ago and the guy that did my nails kept saying " even though they are so short ( which they are not. I've never had someone say that to me) I can make them look ok. See, much better. He repeated this for an hour . Big turn-off. Today I went with my daughter and Cody did my nails. He did an amazing job. I wish I could give the salon more stars for his work, but then the woman who did my teen daughter's nails ruined the star rating. She got mad

Made appointments for a friend and I to get gel manicures and the staff was very unfriendly and rude while I was getting my nails done. She kept getting snippy with me when I would position my hands a certain way. After leaving I noticed some spots she had missed on nearly all of my nails along the edges and so I went back to get it corrected. I wasn't even greeted then finally once acknowledged waited patiently for the nail tech to be done with a pedicure she was doing. Once she was finished she was rude and seemingly inconvenienced so she rushed through to touch up my nails and here I am

The nail tech did NOT sanitize tools after my pedicure, and of course I assume she did not sanitize them before my service. Just placed them back into the makeup travel box that she took them out of for me. Did a quick rinse off in the foot bath that my feet were soaking in. I would definitely not go back.

This is the only nail place I've been to in Naples and it's so great! They give you a free drink and are so nice. The inside is always nice and clean. There are also massage chairs. If there's one thing they can improve on it would be that they give the option of doing designs. That is not an option here and I think a lot of people would like it to be.

When I first walked in I was excite, a nail salon with a bar? Awesome! Or maybe not? The nail tech that did my pedi was attentive and professional. He took his time and had my feet looking fabulous. The only drawback to the experience, I watched an employee walk around and offer everyone else a beverage: alcoholic or non. I wondered if I was suppose to wave or push a bell? Maybe yell, "hey you!" Maybe it was my tech's job, I don't know. Didn't care too much, I was there to get my nails and eyebrows done.

Uhhg. So disappointed... had a gel fill... too fast , too rough, too thin, crooked! Cut my cuticle with the nail file till it bled..paid no mind to it. Wasn't offered even a sip of water but offered a drink to the next client after me . Im so sick of these nail places, never consistent anymore. I still tipped her regardless. Wont go back.

I'm not sure why the complaints! Best nail salon I have ever been too! Spotlessly clean, technicians dress nice, have class, and they have a bar! All staff,including managers, treat everyone with kindness, sweetness, and respect! Lisa , my tech, rocks! I have been seeing her for 2 years. Will never go any place else. Those who are disappointed needi to give it another chance or talk with management. What services are you getting?

I've been coming here for a couple months and Don and Vu are my favorite. Most of the people there are friendly, but you always get great service, there's complimentary drinks whether its water, wine, coffee, etc. The environment is welcoming and relaxing and I can't say I have had a better experience anywhere else.
Don and Vu have instagram pages that really help out for first newcomers so if you're looking for acrylic work done, I highly recommend either of them.

Vu is phenomenal. My favorite nail artist ever and yes, I said artist. That's because he's a true artist and has some of the most amazing work I've ever seen. You can see his work on Instagram @nailedbyVu
I get my wonderful & very relaxing pedicures by Kevin who always helps me choose the best nail colors.
The staff there has always been friendly too.

There is an awkwardness when you walk in the door, not a very friendly greeting. I needed a mani/pedi. My Tech was a very nice young man and I loved my pedi, however, I was disappointed with my manicure. I was expecting the standard lotion and warm mittens to start, that didn't happen, he pretty much just soaked my nails, trimmed my cuticles, sold me the upgrade to a longer lasting gel polish and $70 later sent me on my way. Looking closer at my mani when I got home, he did terrible filing my nails, they're all crooked! And the gel polish is gloopy, thicker on some parts than others.

Went here with a friend. We both got the same exact thing Spa Mani/pedi with gel polish on fingers and regular polish on toes. She got charged $90.. And I got charged $95.. No exact reason why and no refund.
Also the gel polish they use is very cheap.. Even with 2-coats it's not evenly coated. Lots of dark and light spots on every nail and the very thin compared to places that use OPI or Shellac brand.
Needless to say.. I won't be back. I'm coming for a great polish not for drinks.

I actually quite liked this place. It's usually a bit unnerving to walk into a new place but I'm glad I did.
Beautiful interior with separate areas for pedis and manis. There's even a tiny bar that offers all sorts of drinks and even cocktails. I chose water and it was given to me in a wine glass with ice cubes. Refreshing!
My experience was not rushed one bit, nor did it take hours. Vivian took her time and I felt like she took the time to do it right. I asked her to do my eyebrows as well and I appreciated that she listened to how I wanted them and comprehended 100%.
