Horrible service. I was waiting for over an hour sitting in the chair to get my nails done. I had an appointment too and kept checking in to see if they were going to do my nails or or I'd be waiting longer. They were vague in their response. The bottom line. My feet were so soggy sitting in that water for nearly 1.5 hours that I left. Never coming back here.

Receptionist was nice and welcoming. Nail tech did a good job on mani/pedi but I took off one star because the nail tech cut me when doing my pedicure and he didn't even apologize. I'm also not sure if the tools used were sanitized but they do use liners in the pedicure soaking tubs.
Update: After one day I had a chip already. 5 days in another nail chipped. 8 days in chip # 3. I have done nothing with my hands since I was on a cruise for most of that time. Very disappointed. I thought gel was suppose to last about 2 weeks. Happened on all the nails with nail art. Not sure if that had something

Critical: Quality
I’ve only been here 3 times. My second time was a great experience with Tony. The first and third time was terrible. I asked how much a full set would be and I was told $38 but at check out was told $58. I was left with fat chunky nails with a dent in one of them. I’m extremely frustrated and wish I had never gone.

This was my third visit here. The first was okay with a nail tech that was questioning how to do my nails but came out okay. Second time was good even though my nail tech got up from doing nails about 30 times but understandable when busy. This last time though...that was it. I was early and still waited past my appointment time by 20 mins, I left with nails that were not smooth but looked bumpy and uneven, within a week I have two nails that are broken and others chipping. When I called to ask the policy on this, I was told that my nails that cracked and broke were my fault...that is not customer

After so many years of searching I finally found a great salon. Angie is a star with designs and matching what you want to be done (she's also a sweetheart). I recommend Angie and the salon as a whole anytime someone is in north naples and ISO a nail salon with great customer service.
