When renting a new home you’ll never know exactly what you’re getting until you move in. Looking with the naked-eye I fell in love with this house. About 2 months after the move, a bad storm came through and I realized there was a leak in the roof. I immediately panicked. After contacting the office, everyone from the receptionist on up helped me with my issues in a very speedy manner. I really appreciate all the effort to make my family and I comfortable.

When I rented with Decas, the apartment was nice. However, I had an issue with the breakers and the breaker box on the outside of the building. There was a short or something causing it to cut power to different parts of my apartment not allowing me to cook, do laundry, etc. then power cut all together. I ended up having to stay with family, friends, because I had no power to the building. My grandfather came over and temporarily fixed the breaker, the switch was bad. But not even two weeks later it shorted again cutting power. One month I was only able to stay there about 3 days the whole month
