Applicants must have at least a 700 FICO Score 8 Three Bureau Average and document at least a 4 to 1 Income to Rent Ratio to be approved for a Lease.
Birmingham Home Leasing will place a Tenant for a fee equal to 50% of the first month's rent. We provide Lease Only Service and Monthly Management is an optional service. Monthly Property Management is available beginning at 2.5% of the rental rate per month. For properties that rent between $1,500 and $2,499 per month, Birmingham Home Leasing provides Tenant Placement Service for 50% of the first month's rent. Monthly Management Service is optional (see chart below). Tenant Placement Service includes advertising your property online on Zillow, Trulia, etc. Rental Customers will access your property via Rently lockboxes which provide a key for entry.

Birmingham Home Leasing has been my Property Manager for 6+ years. They are definitely the best!! I researched & researched Property Managers at that time.
