Head Instructor Gregg Palzer Bio below. I started with some Judo and then Shotokan Karate at the age of 13.5 years old. I enjoyed both, but continued with the Karate. I have lost friends from Queens NY to drugs, crime and violence I look to help the Youth of Lebanon, Oregon and the surrounding communities stay out of trouble along that narrow safe road.
To help like you have been helped and praise the Lord in everything we do. I have been training in the martial arts for 38 + years teaching for 36+ of that. I started as an assistant instructor under World Champion Tokey Hill, the first American WUKO World Champion. I then became an instructor and eventually his head instructor in NY.

Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Appointments are by appointment only. Please call or e-mail us to make an appointment. Walk-ins can only make an appointment. All Saturday Martial Arts classes are at 8:30 am. M, W 6-8pm, Sat 8:30am-9:30am. Martial arts, Kickboxing/Boxing classes are as listed below.
After that $30/15 min. House calls are available in special circumstances, the additional charge of $120 for travel to Albany or Corvallis. If out of this area please contact for more specifics. Payment must be made at the beginning or end of each visit.
Unfortunately in the United States a Chiropractor and Physical Therapist cannot opt out of Medicare/ Medicaid, because of this we are not able to treat people that are of Medicare age even if they do not have Medicare or wish to pay out of pocket.If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request to contact us as at least 24 hour before the appointment by phone or e-mail, so the time can be offered to another patient.
