Jeremy leads the company, playing a key role in design and development of new projects and leading the property management division. Since 2002, he has been involved in all facets of real estate in Northwest Arkansas including brokerage, design, development, and construction. My experience with Specialized has been wonderful. They're quick to address issues within my apartment and the biggest thing for me: they emphasize outdoor space and community gardening. It's so rare to find that within an apartment community and I'm really grateful. They even provided me with a grant to help make some more eco-friendly changes around the property for our animal friends. We're signing another lease with them because we haven't experienced a better apartment life anywhere else and don't think we could!

0 stars would be more appropriate. At the Wilson Park Apartments, the electrical is wildly outdated, there have been more than 3 gas leaks in the apartment in the past 2 years, and any time there is an issue, Gabriel the property manager is unreachable. Amazing location and could be an excellent community area, if it wasn’t such a terrifying death trap.
