I dont know if there are enough words to describe how grateful we are/were to have Kelly on our side while finding our home. The rental housing market is incredibly aggressive. We rented for 3 years from Mary. My daughter loved the house! 3 years later when our lease was up 4 of the girls moved out! The basement was never inhabitable and was flooded when we left so any items left n there were not recoverable!! Mary has chosen to hold our $1000 deposit saying it would take a $1000 to clean it out! Shame on u Mary Bassett!

Out of all the realtors I have ever dealt with, Mike Sims takes the cake for the worst realtor. I can respect playing hardball but I have no tolerance for a realtor that lies and makes up stories to make a sale or earn commission. I have never seen anything like it and I really don't understand the reason for it. All it got him is no deal so I hope it was worth it. This experience will keep me from ever working with this company as a buyer or seller.
