Gigliotti Jewelers was founded by Joe and Ann Gigliotti in 1956 when they opened an 800 square foot store in the McKnight Seibert Strip Mall. In 1990, Barry Brill acquired Gigliotti Jewelers, Barry was raised in the jewelry industry. Coming from a multi-generational family of jewelers beginning with his father who owned Brill of Shadyside.
Uncle Marty owned Hardy & Hayes and Uncle Chuck had a store in Indiana, Pa. A few of his cousins remained in the industry too, some working for the GIA and owning their own stores. Soon after purchasing Gigliotti Jewelers, Barry and Penny were married and she joined the family business. Penny's background is in design and is now the store's lead jewelry designer.

Services
Our Bridal Collection contains Engagement Rings, Double Diamond Rings, Diamond Wedding and Anniversary Bands. All of our rings are customized for the center diamond size and shape. Accent stones can also be modified by using less or setting color gemstones rather than diamonds. All of our rings are made to order and we only use GIA or AGS certified diamonds.
This is just a glimpse into our custom designed jewelry. We start with an idea, sketch, wax and cast the product so we can then polish and set the stones. We work in 10, 14, or 18 Karat white, yellow, rose, two-tone and tri-color gold along with platinum and silver. We can use your stones or we can supply the stones.
We are an independent jeweler specializing in New and Estate Jewelry, Diamonds, Gemstones, Pearls, Gold, Silver and Alternative Metals. We offer a full range of styles, classic, best sellers, semi mount, custom designs, trend setting and one of a kind pieces. After sixty plus years of serving Pittsburgh our customers are more like family.

Never once did we feel a single once of pressure from them. They took the time to answer every single question we had and were super patient when I became indecisive. Went here as recommended to have my New watch band adjusted and from the minute I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place!! Friendly greeting, offered help immediately and the adjustments were made within 10 minutes!! Great customer service!! Looked around while waiting and a nice selection of jewelry is available for sale.

Amazing craftmanship and very nice people to work with. I had my engagement/wedding ring that was a family heirloom that needed a new setting, and I wanted it exactly the same. They quoted me a great price on the custom work, and even gave a better suggestion for how to have the side diamonds (see pictures). They said it would take about 3.5 weeks, and it was finished by the end of that time frame. They even made the back band a little thicker at my request. I love my ring and think they did an absolutely beautiful job. I would definitely recommend them for any custom jewelry work.
