Called to see a Property Listed North of St. Joseph Missouri.
a. Ed Stroud didn't show the property, instead he had the 83 Year old owner show me his home. The female owner had just had hip surgery and was healing. Never should have seen the home without agent present.
b. Second showing Ed Stroud still didn't show up to show the property.
c. Final offer we made was for 730,000.00 on a 749,000, The Counter came in at 750,000.00. Ed and his clients raised the price of the home 1,000.00s above what was being asked.
d. Rather than take a slightly discounted amount of commission and still make over

I have known Bryce for many years now. He has been in the past an excellent educator to my children.
