Personal Tax returns for the most recent two years filed (all pages, and all schedules to be included). Year-to-Date Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement prepared by an accountant, especially for any years where taxes have not yet been filed.

We have used Arch Mortgage for both our initial loan and our refinance. Steven and his team are incredible. They make the entire process stress free and are always happy to answer any questions. They go above and beyond for their clients. They also are willing to work with your schedule and answer calls after hours or on the weekend. Now is the time to refinance, call Bob and he will get the process started for you. Bob will tell you upfront if can save you money or not. I have called other mortgage companies and they keep requiring more and more info and finally I gave up and a friend referred me to Bob, he got the job done and saved me a large sum of money. No hassle, was a pleasure!
