Driver was very kind and respectful. My issue comes down to safety. I requested and paid $30 for a car seat for my one year old. Instead, the company provided a forward facing booster seat. Prior to pick up the dispatcher asked for my sons weight, etc. and even with this precaution the provided booster seat was not designed for someone so small (my son did not meet the minimum weight requirement). When I addressed this issue with the company I got an email that said “thanks for your input.” Aka they absolutely do not care.

Highly recommend. Driver showed up early wearing a suit and driving an immaculate condition suv. He was very professional and friendly. He loaded and unloaded all the baggage. I read some of the low reviews and they looked unfair to me... Just people who screwed up their reservation and want to blame someone else. They send you email confirmation... Review it. They also text you when on the way and when they arrive. You can track progress as well. SE used to be a good company and I've been a regular customer since around 2013. This past trip was my first flight from SEATAC in two years. Outgoing trip was uneventful; return trip there was a typo in the itinerary due to a problem with their automated system. SE claimed the typo was my fault and billed me twice for the return trip, despite a supervisor negotiating a lower rate on the phone (which I have an invoice to back up). I have used this service for 25 years mainly because I've felt there were no better options. They have continually raised the rates, and last time I used them, they didn't have my information on file, and didn't know who I was. Some of the drivers can't find my house, leaving me to haul my bags down the street and go find them. At this point, Shuttle Parks are cheaper and I don't think I'll be using their service any more

We had about 12 luggages, and the van that showed up not only 10 min early, it was more than big enough to fit all our luggages in it. Irma the driver was very polite, even helped us load and unload our luggages, and we had the best talk with her on the way to the airport! And yes, they cost more, but wouldn't trade it from the many failed experience I've had with uber or lyft. You get what you pay for folks! Highly recommend this company... :)

Excellent experience!!! Booked round trip from my home to SeaTac Airport, Mircea took us to the airport and Katie picked us up at the airport. Both chauffeur's were extremely professional and early to pick us up. Both engaged us with conversation along the way and took care of all of our needs. We especially appreciated the return service at the airport, Katie retrieved our bags from the carousel before we arrived at the carousel and promptly escorted us to the vehicle. We booked and prepaid in full $372.00 to Shuttle Express for dates of service 8/1 and 8/8/2020.
Unfortunately our cruise has been cancelled and we no longer need shuttle services. I have called several times, left several messages, and left several emails. I have not received any communication regarding my refund. We do plan to take our cruise at a later date, just not sure when. We just want a refund.

#shuttleexpress These people really screwed things up last night!!! I had a late flight (midnight) and checked in for my reserved trip home. The "coordinator" told me it would be a half an hour or so till my van showed up. She left at 1 am I didn't.... An hour and a half later a van finally showed up.... Why do they have to lie to you?

Go ahead. Make a reservation. Pay your money. It is good to do these things in advance to avoid travel headaches. Planning things in advance is the best way to avoid surprises and have a smooth experience at the airport.
Except for Shuttle Express. Your reservation means nothing. As it turns out, unless somebody else makes a reservation at the same time, heading the same direction, Shuttle Express can't help you. They'll book your reservation. They'll accept your money. They'll put you on their list. They just won't actually give you a ride unless somebody else

Just terrible. Scheduled a 640am pick up to get to the airport. No show. Called them. They said, "Oh we're having mechanical trouble. We can't get to you until 730am at the earliest and we can't guarantee we'll get you to the airport on time for your flight either. But we can refund your payment." WTH! That's why we called in advance and arranged the service. No remorse. Lame. You're better off walking.

I've used shuttle express for as long as I can remember. I had good experience with them in the past because the drivers were always on time. I used shuttle express again but this time the driver did not arrive on time and I tried to called the company and no one picked up. I had a plane to catch so I called a nearby Taxi company. Shuttle express showed up just about the same time the Taxi showed and I felt bad for having to cancel the Taxi services because I already paid shuttle express when I booked my reservation online and didn't want to lose my money. Made reservation. Was told it would be 5-10 minutes after we check in at desk.
After waiting in line with the understaffed desk for 16 minutes, we were then told 30 minutes for a van.
Nothing Express about it.
Uber would have been $20 cheaper too.
Avoid. Just uber or take regular cab.

Poor service, reserved a private van from the hotel to the airport weeks in advance. 10am has come and gone, still no driver. Called customer service at 10:15am I was told another 15 minutes... it's now 10:30am and still no driver.
Just tried to locate my driver from the company website and it seems they switch my driver to another driver. Something seems fishy... what's supposed to have been a private ride with a scheduled pickup time seems like this company is switching drivers around to make money and letting people wait.

Not that great. The drivers and staff are nice and helpful, but there's only so much they can do when they're trying to maximize riders per van. It's only a little cheaper than a ride app to many places at most times, and it'll take way longer. They say you will wait 25 min or less leaving from the airport, but it's often longer than this, and then if there are other passengers, that adds to the transport time. They also will push rides back if not enough people are present yet. If you're using the shuttle to get to the airport, the pickup window is 40 minutes but

I've used Shuttle Express for years. The drivers have always been nice. However, the shuttle takes forever driving around picking up as many people as possible on the way there and dropping off as many on the way back home. They also tend to take their time picking you up after a flight which means sitting on a bench in an unheated area. You can do better with Century.

I would give Shuttle Express ZERO stars if I could. I pre-booked an airport shuttle for my family just like I do all the time. This time it was different. The shuttle was supposed to pick us up at 11:45am, but I never received the normal email confirmation that a driver had been dispatched. I hired Shuttle Express for a corporate event for 40 people. Needed to have an excellent experience as it was a launch for a new restaurant. Shuttle Express delivered on service, execution and communication.

On Friday June 9th, my family and I (a group of 7) returned from our cruise vacation to Seattle. We booked a hotel transfer from your organization many weeks in advance and were dismayed to find that we would wait upwards of 2 hours past our reservation time to travel the 3 miles to our hotel.

Getting to and from the airport can be costly and even though I have had pretty inconsistent experiences with Shuttle Express, it's the cheapest option for me. Some tips that have made it not a completely painful experience (note this for the "shared ride" not private option):
- Set your expectations low. Remember, this is not a private car service, so don't expect to have a car/bus waiting for you at the snap of a finger. They'll wait until they have enough people going in the same direction

I usually read the reviews on Yelp before using a service, however, when my flight arrived at SeaTac and I didn't want to pay $50 for a taxi, I searched the Westin's travel info and they recommended Shuttle Express. I'm surprised to see the bad reviews. However, I do believe them.
When I arrived at 618a, I used their phone and there wasn't an answer. After an almost meltdown, I decided to wait 15 minutes and call again. Sure enough, a friendly gentleman answered and helped me.
I was picked up at 654a and at the Westin in Seattle at 727. Pretty good deal.
