I got a regular mani pedi here a little over a week ago. This place is under new management so their prices are higher than the used to be. That would have been fine but the quality of the manicure and pedicure were terrible. I came during an off hour so I saw them watering down polishes (it looked like it, anyway) and it showed in my results. My manicure began chipping within 12 hours and my pedicure (which I can usually get a few weeks out of) started chipping and peeling within 48 hours, which is unheard of for me. Skip the bad reviews, this place is what it is because of the staff needed, the owner is the best person you'll ever want to meet in this profession.
The girl who did my pedicure (dark hair Asian female with a ponytail) did a bad job, the owner stepped in and fixed it, she was very attentive to what I wanted and and explained that she needed more staff. The place does need an upgrade, especially massage chairs, you have to walk up two small flights of stairs, its cool in there so that helps, and they offer drinks if you ask.Overall, I wish the owner was not underrepresented because of the one

They do not have consistent pricing if you are not a regular customer (the people sitting beside my girlfriend paid less for the same service and acknowledged that this happens). They also charge $5-$10 more if you pay with a credit card and not cash. Additionally, my girlfriend had some of her nails painted and re-painted 3-4 times because they could not manage the design.

Beware of overcharge and bad quality. The ladies were nice but my full set was $55 (menu said $40) and two nails fell off in 4 days. I could tell they would within days because they dipped the acrylic so thin instead of the usual method. and they didn't glue tips on very well. Worst nail job of my life. I was from out of town so can't get a repair. The place didn't seem clean either.

But I called in advance asking for a regular manicure, which they said would cost $5. I was excited because it would be cheap and something nice to do. I get there and ask for a blue color with a little flame design for just 2 nails but I got what was shown in the picture. The lady urged me to get gel nails and/or a pedicure ($23) but I declined. I did get my eyebrows done with chocolate wax for $8 which was alright.
As my nails are drying, the lady hands me a bill of $26 which did not add up from the $5 nails and $8 eyebrows

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Bought my wife a pedicure here in advance and told her to go have a nice relaxing, pedicure. I tried to cancel the reservation when my wife said she didn't really want to go at that time, but the person who answered the phone said they already charged my card... 1 hour prior to my wife getting the pedicure. When she got there was no social distancing practices in place, they used the same tools on multiple people without sanitizing them, and then they "misheard" me and charged me for a manicure and pedicure, when I said I just wanted a pedicure

This place as garbage walked in and instantly regretted making an appointment there. There were two other ladies that were sitting on the couch waiting to get called when my cousin and I walked in. Finally got called and instead of finishing one person they would skip around so EVERYONE had to sit there for hours. The lady next to me had to go out to feed the meter not once but TWICE. I got the SNS dip polish so I didn't have to put my hands into the blue light but this place didn't have the correct topcoat so they insisted on putting the gel top coat on my SNS dip. Every time I go their, it's been the same level of commitment and friendliness. I love them so much, I trusted them to do my nails for my wedding.

Three different people worked on my full set. It seemed like only one technician could do acrylic and she really rushed through it. Acrylic came out very thick and lumpy. All of my nails are different lengths and shapes. The whole process took 2 hours on a monday night around 6-8pm. at 8, while my nails are drying, the owner grabbed my jacket and put it on me to send me on my way with wet nails (which of course got messed up). She also wrote my receipt and then charged me an extra ten dollars at the register. also, a $5 surcharge for using card instead of cash

My go-to salon in the City. For a gel manicure and regular pedicure, you'll pay $40 cash total. Excellent when you're on a budget like I was through school. And I have never found a salon I've liked more around here. They have every OPI and Essie color in existence and they're able to match your gel mani with regular polish pedi no problem. They give you red or white wine, tea, water, etc. The girls there are extremely friendly and treat regulars like family. If you're looking for a new nail place, look no further. And ask for Mon. You won't be disappointed!

Will not come back to this place... Do NOT waste your money here! I went here as a after work much needed mani pedi. Mind you I haven't been out of the house in 4 months due to our new baby nor have I gotten my nails done haven't done anything for myself. Blah blah typical mom whine ANYWAY we arrived at 6:00 and asked for two mani pedis and an eyebrow and lip wax (They close at 7:30). This place is decent but it really depends on what you're going there for. We went there for a somewhat bridal event -both my friend and I are getting married and our two other girlfriends were taking us there to get a mani/pedi. The impression I got from going there was that it's a bit like a factory. There's no soothing background music, just the hustle and bustle of ladies that seem a bit stressed and frenzied. I almost can’t fully comprehend the terrible experience and service I just received here. Yesterday, my friend waited about 45+ minutes before we were assisted. Once we were helped, we felt unbelievably rushed. The technicians and manager would get up intermittently and work on other customers or perform waxing. The technician doing my pedi chopped my toe nails are uneven angles. I was getting my finger nails done as well and a technician began chiseling and hand filing the existing gel off with a metal cuticle tool. She was hitting my skin around the nail with the file so it became red and irritated

Tip #2: Go in the mornings. I showed up at 10:00am on a rainy Saturday and was the only customer in the salon for twenty minutes.
Tip #3: They will try to upsell you on gel and acrylics. I would never come to this salon for high-end services or design work. But for a basic mani & pedi when you need a good end to your week - HELLS YES.
Tip #4: The $30 mani/pedi comes with a hot stone massage - enjoy it! They also offer a glass of wine, water, coffee or hot green tea.

The walk up was a little unnerving, grey apartment carpet will do that to you in a walk up but when you get inside it's actually pretty nice. I will say sanitation wise I don't care for uncovered pedicure basins, I watched them wash it out between customers but I'm a bit skeptical still.
The price is crazy low for the quality of nail you get and the quality of options color wise. I mean literally think of a color and they have it probably in a few options too.

Right off the bat I have to say that the owner Linda who I always get my services done with expressed her frustration because she's getting a lot of reviews for a salon a few blocks away with a similar name also on the second floor. Some of these reviews are definitely for that salon not this one.
