When coming back for a fill if the set lost more than 50% it will be considered as a new set. Clean your lashes DAILY! This is the most important thing to do to make sure your lashes stay intact and healthy. If you don't clean them often it will leave your lashes with build up crust and losing not only the lash extension, but possibly your real lashes as well.
If you have any questions or concerns about our pricing please give us a call or shoot us an email! Our waxing price is already low in comparision base on regular treatment every 3-4 weeks. There is an extra cost when your condition requires extra time for our tech to perform waxing. You know what you have so feel free to ask if there is any extra cost even though we always inform your upfront cost.
At The Bamboo Spa, we welcome all appointments and walk-ins. However, appointments are always our first priority. With walk-ins, we accept all kinds as long as we have the availability to do so. It will be "first come first served" so please be patient with us while we take our time to pamper others, as we take pride in our service and don't like to rush anyone.

I’m very disappointed. I went today to have my nails done, gel manicure and regular pedicure, the technician didn’t have much experience “ I guess “ he took forever I went at 1:30 and I was done almost 4:00. The pedicure looks like if I did it my self, and I’m not good doing nails same with the manicure not happy at all waist of time and money because now I have to get done again.

I love this place! Everyone is so nice and extremely talented. I always go to Jennifer Nguyen. If you’re looking for someone with great ideas, and who can take any design to the next level, she is your girl. Majority of the time I have no idea what I want, so I’ll just let Jennifer do her thing. She’s never steered me wrong. Book your appointments in advance, this place is very popular.

I went to a nail salon in Ardmore for many years, but the owner changed and it was not the same. I chose Bamboo Spa based on reviews, and ended up getting an appt with Jennifer. Just lucky, I guess. She does a great gel mani, and a thorough pedi on my bad feet. She is professional, and very nice to talk with. My nails always look so nice when I leave. Also, you can book online, which is a huge plus. Now, I wouldn't go anywhere else, or to anyone else.

I got a dip manicure and spa pedicure there about a week ago. I normally have a good experience here, but not this last time. I spent $90 on my experience. My dip manicure started cracking 2 days later. I was so disappointed as I spent a lot of money on top of a nice tip. I went back to have that nail fixed by a different technician, which was nice and I appreciated. Then later that night, more of my manicure started cracking. It’s absolutely ridiculous. At this point, my nails have barely lasted one full week. For as much as I spent, this should have been done properly and more thoroughly. I

Ryan and his team reached out today to ask if they could have me back and fix my nails for free or refund me next time I'm in town, which I appreciate, but politely declined. At this point I've found another salon that I'm happy with, so I wont be back, but I appreciate their reaching out, hence I'm updating the review. I still think the prices are a bit high compared to everything else in the area, but Ryan seemed apologetic over the phone, and was willing to try to make things right.

As far as nail salons go, it's a crap shoot. Bamboo is the opposite. The place is bustling with business and the girls know their stuff. Besides having a hard time getting an appointment (yes, they are THAT busy!) I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The girls are all super friendly, professional and give you the full manicure treatment other places are lacking. I got exactly what I asked for and left happy. Will definitely be back.

After moving here from the Lehigh Valley a few months ago I've been trying to find a nail salon that fit my needs... cleanliness, technique, shaping and especially a place that's punctual. Walking in they took my temperature A+... it is by appointment only which I like because you won't feel rushed or have to wait long periods of time. Everyone was dressed in uniform which was also a nice touch and the place was very clean and organized. I have been looking for a while and having gone to a place that was terrible I'm so glad I found this! I'm never looking back. Jenn V

This place looked busy so I had to check it out.
This place takes a lot of appointment which you can make online or by calling. I'm glad I was able to walk in for a quick pedicure.
Jennifer was awesome. She was friendly and helpful and gave me nail color suggestions. I mistakenly picked a top coat Instead of color.
The pedicure was great and I left refreshed

I called today to see if I could get a last minute appointment to get my lashes done they had regular and mink to choose from. Jordan did my lashes. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. She was really quick and is a great job. I might go back for her to fill in more (I like really thick lashes) however it was perfect for a first timer.

I got so lucky! I recently moved to the area and had to find a new nail place. Thanks to Yelp reviews I found The Bamboo Spa. It's a very inconspicuous little place but oh is it great! I've gotten powder SNS nails and regular pedicures here so far and I have no complaints. Yee is now my go to girl. She can duplicate any design challenge you bring her.
They do take walk ins but scheduling an appointment is quick and easy online. Not only can you say what service you need but you can request which technician you would like as well.

The person that used to do my eyelash extensions ( at a different salon) moved far away (Pittsburgh) so it took me a while to get extensions again because I just didn't feel comfortable or trust that anyone would do them as good. But At Last I found Kelli! I am extremely happy with my eyelash extensions. Kelli was personable, professional, and pretty fast. I won't be going anywhere else, please don't ever move far away Kelli lol (but serious) :-)

This place is a hidden gem! I've been coming here for a few months now. I've had the acrylics done by Ryan (which lasted me almost a month), I've had my lashes done by Kelli multiple times, and I've had the dip powder nails done by Yee as well as my eyebrows waxed by Kelli. Let me start off by saying they have the most reasonable prices of any salon around, and their work is top notch. I never feel rushed, I always leave feeling happy, and the people there are the absolute nicest I've witnessed in a salon. They have everything there so you don't have to bounce around
