For me, it means collecting an interesting set of things to create a potted plant, bouquet, or boutonniere. The decision to open my own shop came from an overwhelming desire to share my love of indoor and outdoor plants. I'm proud to say that I use as much locally sourced plants and products as possible including, but not limited to, Sweet Pea & Carrot Cake and Marietta Farms.
I actually grow a lot of the flowers in my own garden and delight in sharing them with others. I do everything from arranging to delivering to cleaning - the shop keeps me busy but it allows me to know all of my customers and deliver things that speak to their aesthetics, too.

I asked Tatum to design an arrangement for my sister-in-law, who just lost her precious cat. My sister-in-law described the arrangement as a phenomenally beautiful arrangement that smelled wonderful, is totally classy and soft and subtle. Just gorgeous. The whispy-edged roses are so fragile. I have to agree - it was beautiful! Lots of fresh flowers and TIGHTLY PACKED - which I love! Tatum was a pleasure to work with and the arrangement was delivered earlier than I expected. I have put her name in my address book for whenever I want to send flowers again to Bellingham!!

Tatum at Olio Flowers is AWESOME! I’ve been going to Olio and buying plants and flower bouquets since she opened a couple of years ago and I’ve never been disappointed. Reasonable prices and very healthy plants with modern and classic planter pots are bountiful in her little shop in the main Barkley Village inside the large corner unit across from the original Scotty Browns location. Easy parking too! Go here for all your floral needs!

Tatum is so good at what she does.
I've gotten several large arrangements, letting her pick what goes in them. They turned out beautifully and there's always something quirky in there that I've never seen. I thought she put a wax pink pine cone in one but it was a flower! She also has the best prices in town for plants. I got a small succulent in a ceramic pot for less than one plant at one of the newer places downtown.
