Kevin W. Ninemire, President of Milestone Homes Inc., grew up in Lubbock and attended Texas Tech. He moved to Austin in 1993 as a building superintendent for Brighton Homes. After spending almost 5 years there, and over 2.5 years for David Weekley Homes, Kevin started his own company. 20 years of experience has taught him that quality does matter and his success depends on customer satisfaction.

Read this if you are getting a home built for the first time!! Be very careful when you decide to choose this homebuilder. Honesty is not one of the business’s qualities. We chose him because we felt we could trust him. Come to find out, we were wrong. We spent a couple months with him making decisions on our custom home. We went into detail (including pictures) about what we wanted in our custom home. We settled on an estimated price. He assured us the entire time he could build what we wanted for the price we were shooting for. We paid him 2500.00 to draw up the plans. After we paid, he changed
