Services
Dreams that become a reality need experienced guidance, some inspired sweat and just the right mix of you and us imagining together. We take a great location, great clients, great designers and architects, and we come up with the kind of story you love to tell when you have friends over to sit on that gorgeous patio with the built in grill over by the Jacuzzi.
We take the messy, daunting, overwhelming process of building beautiful new homes and make it simple. Really. Mitchell Anderson is a graduate of Coronado High School and a graduate from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He is originally from Lubbock, Texas where he still resides with his wife and daughters.
The mission of Lubbock-Cooper ISD is to build the future one student at a time. To accomplish this vision for our children's future, the Lubbock-Cooper schools, parents, and community will join together in a partnership designed to produce a safe and orderly learning environment within which academic excellence may flourish.
Oakmont Estates Development of Lubbock is continuing the tradition of Orchard Park, one of the most successful residential developments in the history of Lubbock. Ken Flagg, who passed away in 2011, was part of the vision and excitement of the partnership. He was born in Oakmont, Pennsylvania.

As a tribute to Ken's friendship and guidance, the developers of Oakmont believe every time the name is spoken it reminds us of the professionalism, integrity, and grace of one of the men who made Lubbock what it is today. He is gone but not forgotten. Oakmont Estates will be a place for homeowners to settle, a sense of place with unique streets, tree lined boulevards and pocket parks, not a "cookie-cutter" development by any means.
Orchard Park is a new luxury neighborhood on the south side of town where most of the new luxury homes are being built. Orchard Park is located east of Quaker between 106th street and 114th street and west of Memphis Street. An upscale United Market Street is located nearby at the corner of Quaker and 98th Street.

Anderson Fine Homes built our 2018 parade home in South Fork Ranch. We could not have been more pleased with the process and the outcome. One of the advantages of choosing AFH is the fact that they have in house architects so the process of design is much more efficient and detail do not get lost in translation. The expectations about the entire process were set up front so that there were no surprises or hiccups along the way. Anderson only uses the best subs with the most experience. They were all a pleasure to work with from the concrete guys to the roofing contractor. One of the most important

We used Mark Anderson Fine Homes for 2 large projects - a remodel and addition to our lake house, and then the total replacement of that house lost in the 2011 wildfires at Possum Kingdom Lake - the "Texas Flag House" in Hell's Gate Cove. There are very few people in that industry that can combine architectural creativity, general contracting skills, and cost control like Mitchell and Mark Anderson, plus they are just great people. I would recommend without reservation and use them again if needed.
