A manicure enhances the natural beauty of your hands, includes trimming and shaping of the nails, cuticle grooming, lotion massage, hot towel wrap, and your choice of regular nail polish are applied. Standard Manicure + moisturizing sugar scrub, includes lotion massage, hot towel wrap, and your choice of regular nail polish.
This artificial nail service provides strength and durability. You may apply tips to the free edge of your natural nails to extend the length, acrylic will then be applied. Afterwards, we will shape, file, and buff the nails, and your choice of regular nail polish is applied. Fill-In should be maintained every 2-3 weeks, depending on the condition and growth of your nails.

I came here because my regular salon was booked. I got a gel pedicure with French tip. The white tip feel embossed; the paint isn't laying flat. French tip lines aren't neat, but you can't tell from afar. I got SNS on my nails, with a tip added. I chose SNS versus acrylic yo have a more natural look and my nails are bulky, not neatly shaved, or neatly shaped. I also felt like the nail tech was rushing to get to her next client. Nice atmosphere, but I wouldn't go back.

The front desk employee was not very nice about me not knowing exactly what kind of nails I wanted. I do not get them done often, and was recommended to a specific nail tech, who was booked for the day. I could only see 5 other clients and multiple nail techs that did not appear to be occupied. I do understand that they book according to your request, but I still felt unwelcomed, even if I was the one with the misunderstanding. I would come back to see the woman I was told to come to, but otherwise, I will pay more to be treated nicer.

First off, I am not one to complain or make a big deal out of something like this, but since it has happened TWICE now I feel others need to know! I got a regular pedicure and a dip manicure for my graduation. Pedicure was good but it was rushed. For my manicure I asked for tips and dip powder with very simple squiggly line work. After about 5 failed, sad attempts, the nail tech got up and walked away. The manager came over and told me to wait 30 minutes to have someone do it.. at that time I had been there for an hour and half already and had another obligation. The manager said he would redo

Some technicians appear to be better than others. I had a tech that was awful. Apparently they fired him. My nails were a mess!! Breakage and when they tried to remove the gel polish most of my nail bed was removed! The next nail tech wasn't that great either or their polish is not of good quality because my polish was coming off after three days. My nails are so short and thin I really can't do much to them but self treat now!

I love Top Nails. The first time I came here was a walk in 30 mins before closing. I didn't realize they closed earlier due to covid but they still took me and my friend. My friend did a acrylic set in black which she loved. The lady was super nice and polite the whole time asking if she was okay and if she felt any pain. The pricing was affordable too! Overall she loved her experience with Top nails. For me, I always doing a gel mani pedi and my nail tech did amazing. She was easy to talk to, relatable, and patient. So let me start by saying the last time I came to Cincinnati I broke a nail and needed it repaired. I had such a bad experience I swore I would never get my nails done here again. Well a last minute weekend trip resulted in me not making my nail appointment at home. So I either had to get them done here or risk breaking one while on vacation and dealing with that later. By far the worst customer service ever! On top of that the terrible service came from the manager. I was trying to enjoy a Mother and Daughter day and it was ruined by the incompetent manger who rushed us as soon as we came in the door (although I was early for our appointment ), was rude to me over the phone while making the appointment, and then proceeded to argue with me because he was not listening to me nor did he pay attention to what service I wanted although I already set the service type prior to the appointment. As a previous loyal customer this service was unacceptable and terrible.

Not worthy of a rating !!! My daughter had a pedicure 3 weeks ago , her toe got infected and has spread to a second toe . Had an appointment was get waiting over 30 minutes only to be told the girl who's has pink hair of some kind , was tired and wanted to go home !!! Two different doctors later 3 weeks and two rounds of antibiotics finally starting to resemble a toe again ! Was offered a free pedicure when her toe is setter !!!! Really not a chance !! Had to give it a star to be able to post really it's negative stars!!

If you love toe infections you'll love this place. All together spent $100 and received 1 manicure and 1 toe infection. It's been weeks in antibiotics and the salon after promising a full refund is now deciding they don't want to. Been to several doctors to try and fix this but due to either dirty tools or a nail tech who did not know what they were doing or a combination. The salon is very nice and large. The only reason I gave the salon 4 stars was due to the technician's attitude who worked on my nails. The pedicure technician was amazing and friendly. The other technician who worked on my nails was not so much. Not sure if he was in a mood or just didn't want to be bothered but he was not friendly or welcoming at all. His "commands" to me were borderline rude. I will be sure to avoid him when I go back but the rest of the experience was great. I would recommend the shop and hope that the tech is in a better mood next time.

I am disappointed in the customer service I experienced today.
I scheduled an appointment for 2:00 PM. I arrived on time and 2:30 PM rolled around and I was never called for my appointment and not one employee approached me to share why there was such a delay or at least apologize. I ended up leaving so that I could take my business elsewhere.

Worst pedicure I've ever received. Just looking at my toes, I can see spots my manicurist missed with my polish. I got the deluxe pedi, so there were a lot of amenities like a hot stone massage, but damn! I want my polish to look good and last at least a couple of weeks. Did not tip. Will not be back.

My friend and I got our nails done here yesterday and they both look amazing. We both got full set of gel acrylics put on. My technician knew what he was doing and this is one of the first times I didn't get cut during filing. Very professional. The designs were done beautifully. The only thing is, a design is $20 extra even for the little flowers I got. Just be aware.

My Mr and I wanted to get pedicures done and noticed this place after our workout at Planet Fitness. Checked out the reviews and was impressed. We went in and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The receptionist was very helpful.

Very happy with my nails!! I walked in and didn't have to wait very long on a Sunday afternoon. They handled the walk-ins very well. Plus very abiding on the COVID and safety rules. Super clean! I had a picture of what I wanted and Paul was able to deliver! He had patience and he was very precise. Definitely needed when getting a fresh set of acrylics. Hands down best nails I have ever had!! I will be back!!

I absolutely don't like my nails but I asked them to redo it multiple times which at first my lady was fussy about. She ended up doing them about four times and they still don't look like what I asked for but I gave up and just wanted to leave. I have an important photo shoot coming up this weekend and I needed my nails to look good so I'll have to get them redone by the weekend

Of all salons I've been to during COVID, I felt this was the safest and cleanest. They are brand new and very stylish inside from the comfortable leather chairs, to the cool golden sink, and spacious stations. When you walked in, you could smell cleaner so I knew they clean well. Every station had a sneeze guard between the manicurist and client. They had you sign waivers when you come in and I wish that was electronic instead but I didn't mind as the first thing they had you do when done signing the waiver was wash your hands.
