Absolutely horrible customer service. Lied about the wait time twice, once on the phone when I called about wait times and was told no wait and then when I got there was told 15 minutes which turned into 40 minutes. Then once I was in a pedicure chair, they left me sitting there for another 10 minutes without even acknowledging when someone was going to start the pedicure. Dried my feet off myself and left and they weren't the least bit concerned. I cannot say this is COVID related as it seems to be the norm for this salon.

Booked an appointment for 7:15 at the US nails in Harrison Ave in Cincinnati. At 745 I finally asked a male working there ( I was told it is the owner) if someone was going to get to me. He literally turned around and screamed that he only had 2 hands. He held his hands in the air and said " see look! Only 2!!" The entire salon was looking. I was mortified. I left crying and will never be back

Asked for tips and SNS and showed them the picture below. Picked a color swatch that was identical to the pale pink pictured and showed them that picture for length and shape and got a bubble gum pink with sparkles. They aren't bubbly and they gave me 50% off for the mistake which is why I gave 2 stars but the color swatches for sns DO NOT match. Very frustrating especially when I wanted something neutral and sleek and got hot pink sparkles.

I was shopping at Meijer and decided to try out the salon. They were able to take me right away for a manicure/pedicure and much to my surprise they did them simultaneously. This was fantastic and saved me about an hour! It was smart on their part as well because just as they finished my hands they started to get busy. The SNS nails look great and they helped find a close color match for my toes.

Nail salon is beyond gorgeous inside. I love how every little detail has been handled. Pedicure bowls have shower cap covers so your feet are never in the bowl. I feel so much better knowing I cannot catch any germs from others. Aaron has been doing my nails for many years. When he opened this salon I knew it was going to be special. Ladies if you've never been there, you owe it to yourself to experience the difference.

I am EXTREMELY particular when it comes to my nails....and this is not the place to come if you are like me! I got sns polished nails and after a week my polish lifted! So upon returning home from vacation I contacted the manager and came up to get them redone. After being told to allow them to glue my polish and my opposition to it, he stated that he would allow for me to get them redone but without a guarantee...half of me is pissed at his response but the other part of me understand because there are people that take advantage of the situation.

First time coming to this salon and there won't be a second time. I got a gel manicure and had my previous shellac removed. The tech totally scraped part of my nail off when he scraped the old shellac off.
The new nail color is completely uneven. On some nails it is darker on the tips and on some nails you can still see the white part of my nail tip. I also have jagged nail tips on some fingers and it's already catching in my hair and on my clothes so I know it's going to chip really quickly.
The manicure also took almost 45 minutes. I've never had a manicure take that long

This location of US Nails is in the Meijer Store, which makes it incredibly convenient. It isn't the best nail salon I have been to, but it is relatively cheap and is a good location, so I have been there many times.
My one pet peeve at this place is the wait. They are often busy and don't take appointments. No matter if there is 2 people or 10 in front of you, they will ALWAYS say the wait is only going to be 20 minutes. There have been many times I have waited longer. The good thing about it being in Meijer is that you can go do your shopping while you wait.
