MBSR is an evidence-based program that offers intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. This is an instructional program full of practical exercises that we learn together with daily at-home practice. 1.5hr weekly meeting via Zoom. This art therapy class is a six-week series.

This therapeutic series will involve the use of creative techniques such as paint, collage, sculpting to help participants to express themselves and improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being in a gentle and non-judgemental space. Through this 5 week program, you'll learn the evidence-based professional resiliency skills to eliminate stress and combat the emotional demands of your work.

MBSR offers participants the possibility to develop a different relationship to stress resulting from chronic physical and psychological pain and fear.
Through this 5 week program, you'll learn the evidence-based professional resiliency skills to eliminate stress and combat the emotional demands of your work. Take control of your health and wellness. Those that are working on the front lines, caring for those who are sick, who are fearful or struggling to learn, are worn out.

I’ve attended The Mindfulness and Art Therapy sessions and I’ve learned so much. Safe, gentle environment in which to gain valuable personal insights.
