Horrible customer service. She was screaming at us to hurry up and pick our flowers as soon as we got in. The flowers look like they are going to die in a day when you see them close up, she refused to give us the price beforehand, she kept taking off her face mask, overall horrible experience. Flowers from Kroger look more alive and are better priced than here.

I picked up an arrangement for my girlfriend's birthday. Asked for certain colors and Irving Flowers was able to make it the same day and schedule a decent time for pickup. They also gave me a free birthday card! I saw some negative reviews, but think people are too critical. This is a good local business with great arrangements ✨🙌💐✨

Worst place..please do not EVER COME HERE! This place does not deserve any clientele!! My husband ordered me a bouquet for our anniversary and when I received it, it was nothing like it was supposed to be. The amount he probably paid for is NOT WORTH the money at all! He regrets not staying there and watching them do it. He’s paid less at sams club and their arrangements are 100% and 100xs better than what I have received!! Really upset about this arrangement. Please beware people I am not kidding, you will be really disappointed and unsatisfied for your order!!

Called on the phone to ask for a specific flower. Did not answer the phone in a professional manner, you can't tell if you're calling a business or not which is incredibly unprofessional. Rude customer service, rude tone of voice, no manners whatsoever. Won't even waste my time stepping in.

I received a vase of tulips that were wilted in a plain vase, something I could buy at the grocery store would have looked better. The owner barely speaks English and would not do anything for me. What a ripoff.
