A: The clock starts when the crew arrives at the load location and the clock will continue to run until the job is complete. A: All shades and art should be wrapped and placed in boxes. If you do not want to place these items in a box the next best thing would be your personal car. MLM does not take liability for lamps or lamp shades and art that are not properly wrapped and in a box.

We had a great experience with Mona Lisa Moving. We moved from a 1 bedroom apartment in west Dallas to a house in far north Dallas. Anthony and Corey were prompt, respectful and very careful with our furniture. Ran about $400 for 3 hours- very comparable to other spots I researched, with no hidden fees. Well worth the money and I highly recommend!

After living in the same house for 25 years, moving seemed like a daunting task. Matt and his professional team made the moving experience as easy as possible. They were timely, hardworking, and careful with everything. We had several stops at different locations and Matt was flexible with our moving requests. I would highly recommend Mona Lisa moving.

I am a real estate broker in McKinney and have watched a lot of moving companies as they have dealt with my clients. This company is by far the best that I have ever seen. The owner's name is Matt and he is an amazing young man that knows what he is doing and does it well. His quote was right on the money and he and his crew did a spectacular job moving my sister in law this past week. They were fast but very careful and delivered all of her household goods with no damage (not even a scratch). They unloaded everything and put things where they were told to put them as opposed to just taking it

If you ever need help moving I highly recommend using these guys. Matthew, the Owner, went above and beyond to help me and I can’t thank him enough! Both Matthew and Anthony were extremely polite and professional and didn’t hesitate to tackle the challenge of moving my large furniture into my small house. They even had to take the doors off my fridge AND my house to get it to fit and they did it ridiculously fast. It was like watching a NASCAR Pit Stop but with a Fridge! Not to mention this was later in the evening so they did it all in the dark and still did everything flawlessly. To say I
