This woman is awful. She has dropped the ball many times for my friends. She failed to file paperwork which cost them custody of their children. She also apparently thinks $500 to send an email is reasonable. It’d be reasonable if she won her cases but it’s not worth it to spend that kind of money Aja lose your kids. She refuses to release information about what happens in court without demanding more money.

Ms.Fout ruined my family to put it simply. She tore my sister from us without even letting us tell our side of the story. She just favored the father. We tried multiple times to talk with her and reason with her but she literally gave us no time of day. I think she is very unprofessional and is getting paid to take children away from loving families. I hope that Karma comes for her and leaves her as devastated as we were. Ms.Fout if you read this, I hope that you are happy because my sister won’t even talk to any of us because you gave her to a manipulative monster. I hope that your heart is

I had Ms. Fout for Guardian Ad Litem a few years back. Thought I already wrote a review but guess I didnt. She was the fairest and did by far the most thorough job of anyone involved. She said some things about me that I didnt like but she was honest in how she reached that conclusion. She didnt just say that was what I came up with, she explained herself and I understood how she came up with it.. She also, said some things that I liked and reached those conclusions the same way. In these types of cases all one can ask for is for a fair and open minded Guardian Ad Litem. Ms Fout is exactly fair

Not only did they make me feel comfortable, protected but they were very responsive and professional. They let me know exactly what had to happen, what could happen, what I should do. I have nothing but good things to say about Teresa Fout! Her paralegal is great too! From the initial meeting at my consultation to the final court date, I always felt like I was in good hands. I had a custody issue over my daughters and got exactly what I wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and was great at explaining to me how everything would work. She always kept me in the loop and communicated with me about any changes or new information. I’ve had a couple experiences with lawyers in the past where I felt like I had to initiate contact with them and keep checking

I was a client assigned a Guardian Ad Litem by Stark County Court. If you have the misfortune of having her assigned to a case, beware of certain issues. There are a plethora of which I could write a book about, but we will just highlight the most recent thing. My ex wife had me in unnecessary supervised visitation and she tried to extend it for another 4 months which the Court thankfully agreed was a bad idea.
