Services
Brian Law Offices was founded in 1983 originally as Cranston and Brian, Co., L.P.A., when Thomas Cranston and Richard Brian, formerly associates with R.E. Goforth Co., L.P.A., formed a new partnership. At the time, Richard Goforth, located in New Philadelphia, Ohio, practiced workers' compensation exclusively.
At Brian Law Offices, our team of knowledgeable injury attorneys is led by Richard F. Brian and Steven J. Brian, and backed by a competent legal support staff. Our lawyers bring more than 75 years of combined experience to our practice. We are dedicated to helping our clients obtain the maximum compensation to which they are entitled.
Many people do not realize that an injury can result in more than one legal claim. For example, if you were injured in a car accident while you were driving for work, you may have both a personal injury claim and a workers' compensation claim. If the injury turns into a lengthy disability, you may also eventually have a Social Security Disability claim.
If you have been injured, it is extremely important that you speak with an experienced personal injury attorney before you talk to the insurance companies. You should choose your doctor and be in control of your medical treatment at all times. At Brian Law Offices, we provide full representation to people injured due to the negligence of individuals, companies and employers in Ohio.
Asbestos exposure has been proven to cause mesothelioma, a rare cancer, and asbestosis, a form of pulmonary fibrosis of the lung tissue. Asbestos is an industrial product subject to strict regulation in the United States. However, many manufacturers of commercial merchandise still use asbestos.

Asbestos is present in automotive parts, adhesives, flooring, fireproofing material, cement, roofing, plumbing products, insulation, laboratory equipment and many other products.Asbestos manufacturers have been paying for the serious consequences of their dangerous material for several decades. But because there is a latency period between the exposure and when devastating symptoms occur, lawsuits are ongoing.

RUN ....Only giving one star because there isn't an option to leave none. My husband suffered an injury from a work accident and hasnt been able to work since. This office wasted 1.5 years of our lives. There were times he would show up to court and a representative sent by Richard Brian, who knew NOTHING about his case except for what he took the last 15 min to review. From then on my husband was told not to show up to the court cases at all which seemed strange. Horrible communication. Things that should have taken weeks took months because of laziness and what seemed to be, frankly, a lack of

Steve was good. He didn't keep me in the loop as I would have liked though and hard to get a hold of, but I know he is extremely busy. Also- not impressed with being told one thing and it not happening.
