Went in to get lashes put on for a trip. They looked so much better than I could've even imagined. Susan was beyond professional, knowledgable and answered all my questions. I'm so excited to have lashes that I can see now instead of blond ones that blended in to much with my skin tone. I would definitely recommend Susan for lashes and any other skin care you would want.

Susan is outrageously expensive! She told me when I called it would be $84 for a fill as I had had my lashes done somewhere else. I usually pay $60 -$70 for a the same fill in Santa Rosa, but didn't have time to make the drive this time.
However she charged me almost $200 for a volume fill! CRAZY!
I paid it under the impression there was a 2 week fill included in that amount (like she offers on Groupon) but sadly when I called her for my fill appointment she informed me it was not included. I let her know how ridiculously expensive she was and she made no attempt to remedy the situation

I just had to share the amazing experience I've had with Skin Care by Susan! I'd never had false eyelashes before, but decided to try them for my wedding. Susan was so sweet and gentle (I almost fell asleep on the table!), and my lashes came out so well. I've had them for 3.5 weeks now, and they still look fantastic. I get compliments daily.

Not a fan. Went in to get eyelash extensions about three weeks ago. I had them once before by someone else and had a great experience but in spite of what I requested she only put them in the center of my lid and they are very long and fake-looking. The glue also irritated my eyes and my eyes got gooey for a couple days after. They are definitely a different,probably cheaper quality of lashes. I am now trying to search how to get them off. I would not return.

I went to see Susan for a lash fill but the original full set of lashes was pretty much in-tact! She does such a good job. I would also go on YouTube and view how to care of lash extensions. She was so amazing. I fall asleep when she is working. Super fine detail and great attention. The salon is very private, quiet and clean. Exceptional! I love everything about Susan, the experience and I hope to keep my lashes for some time. She is also very reasonable in prices.

Susan's great, the first time I went to her for eyelash extensions I couldn't find the place and she stayed on the phone with me until I found her outside the building! The extensions themselves stayed on surprisingly long compared to some other extensions I had gotten from another stylist. She took her time with my fill too and they were looking amazing when I last left. To anyone wanting to try eyelash extensions or in need of a new lash stylist and doesn't know where to go: go with Susan. She is sweet, takes her time to do a quality job and her prices are of great value!
