I enjoyed my experience with Heidi. She was really friendly and took her time explaining/teaching skincare tips, which I appreciate. The space was lovely. You'd have to find street parking, which can be a bit challenging depending on the time of day, then enter the door code she gives you. Go up a flight of stairs, and find her suite. I do wish the face massage lasted a bit longer, but the hand treatment was wonderful and reminds me to take care of my hands as well. I recommend giving her a visit!

I had been going to Heidi for regular facials for more than a year when the pandemic temporarily closed personal care service businesses, including hers. She is now giving facials again, taking precautions to make sure everyone is safe, including seeing only one client per day and wearing a face shield and mask. I am so grateful she is able to care for my skin again. She is not only a skilled esthetician, she is incredibly gentle, kind, and creates a calming, caring atmosphere. I just had one of the best facials I've ever had. Heidi was amazing. My skin smells good enough to eat! She did everything....extraction, LED treatment, oxygen therapy, mask... even massage. I will definitely be going back and bought two more facials after my appointment today. I am thrilled to find Heidi. She is hard working but makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've had many facials and this is the best so far. So glad I got a Groupon and was introduced to SKIN16!

Heidi does an excellent Brazilian. I have been having some painful Brazilians lately because my skin sensitivity has increased. Somehow Heidi made it so much less painful than usual. I was so thrilled, I bought a package of waxes. She is very hygenic and does not double dip. Her little studio is very charming, clean and comfortable.

Heidi is a very caring and skilled esthetician. I came a little far to see her at her San Rafael location and had arrived a few minutes late. She made me feel welcome and relaxed. I could tell by her touch and the way that my skin glowed afterwards that she is highly skilled. Heidi has a very healing touch and took time to advise me about my skin issues. She uses state of the art LED light treatment and that felt amazing. I would definitely recommend her services and I will go back, maybe to her San Francisco location next time.
