Services
Our standard home inspection is what you want for a Real Estate transaction, a home refinance, or similar events. We only book two a day at most since they often run 5 hours, and promise to take our time and give you our full attention (no calls on the job, a touch of bulldog in the attitude, and your best interests at heart).
Condos start at a lower price. Mobile homes are not discounted. All secondary detached buildings, swimming pool or spa safety checks, etc. are extra. There is a free second roof inspection with your home inspection when possible (flat roofs excluded). For larger complexes or other items not available in drop down, please call for a quote.

We worked with Seth on a home inspection on two different houses we were interested in purchasing in 2019 and 2020 and were very pleased with his thorough and professional work! He was very focused while on site and was sure to go through his report with us verbally and explain any terminology to us before sharing a very comprehensive written report. He was also up to date with quick answers to several regional questions we had specific to Sonoma. Would recommend him to anyone considering purchasing property in the area!
