Our Quick Move-In homes are created to accommodate buyers looking for a new construction home without a new construction timeline. These homes have been designed through careful collaboration between our Sales and Design Managers to showcase each particular house and home site's best features. Atlantic Builders built our current home and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. The house was completed EXACTLY how we envisioned it being and Atlantic did a awesome job. Throughout the process we received either bi-weekly or weekly updates from the Project Manager and the head Sales Rep which were very punctual and descriptive discussing what stage the home was in and what would be completed next. Even dealing with COVID supply issues with a number of items, they were able to stick to a realistic deadline. After moving in, they have continued to be supportive with encouraging us to ask

Atlantic Builders built our current home and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. Unlike a lot of larger builders, they truly do care about each client and you're not just another number. They take their time, ensure their contractors are doing quality work and they stick by their word all along the way (even after you close). We loved that we got weekly updates from Patty/Rob, as it made us feel like we were always in the loop and had a designated day where we could ask questions. I was pleased for most of the construction process with Atlantic Builders. However, they really dropped the ball toward the end of the process, which ultimately resulted in a negative experience. Problems were mostly extremely poor quality finishing work! Very sloppy! Poor workmanship everywhere! A truly terrible paint job that looked like painters barely knew which end of the paint brush to hold! Seriously - worst paint job I've ever seen in my life! Dirt/grime actually IN the paint - all over the house! 1000 nail pops at move-in. Very uneven dips in floor! Nails/rocks UNDER carpet! Lots of concrete

Next month, in June of 2021, Atlantic Builders has decided that some of their communities will no longer simply issues sales contracts against a set of fair and reasonable pricing. Rather, they will begin accepting "offers" from all parties so as to intentionally create a bidding war to ensure that Atlantic will receive the absolute most money for their side of the transaction, rather than a contract that at execution, will provide a fair and reasonable best value for both sides. We had heard many great things about Atlantic Builders and they did not disappoint. Patricia Talbot, our sales rep was amazing. She was always transparent about the building process and was very responsive, available, and super sweet. We could not be happier with her work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to making sure we were taken care of while building our dream home.
