Dr. Robert H. Zoellner & Associates is a family owned optometry practice that has served Tulsa since 1991. Dr. Zoellner's combines the convenience and value of an optical chain with the great eye care and quality of a private practice. Coming from humble beginnings, Dr. Zoellner grew to appreciate a bargain, which lead to his desire to create a place where getting quality eye care could be affordable: and so the $99 deal was born.
Our primary focus is serving our patients with the highest level of eye care available, while also being the one of the most affordable and convenient places to get an eye exam in Tulsa. My mother just had eye surgery a few weeks ago, and we were traveling out of state. My baby sister accidentally scratched her in the eye and she was completely blinded and in insanely severe pain, having just had the surgery. This was the only place still open, and we rushed her in ASAP. The doctors were leaving that day at 4:30 (it was the weekend) and we made it with only 15 minutes to spare, and they took her in immediately and assessed her eye and helped her with the pain and assured us that (thankfully!) the damage was not going to leave any scarring. So incredibly thankful for this place

I do not recommend this place. I felt like a product on an assembly line. The actual optometrist was professional, respectful, and nice. But the employees are rude. It feels very impersonal.

Great service. Always friendly help at the desk and contact and glasses areas. Dr. Blystone always fits my eyes, knows what I need and confirms the changes that I’m experiencing. Being able to just drop in is just great. Highly recommend. And can’t beat the prices. Great service and great people.

The lab manager (Ronald) should be managing the entire building! His customer service is exceptional. We drove all the way from OKC. On our drive down, we called to ensure we’d be able to see a doctor. We were told we could as long as we made it by 5:30p. We made it at 5:20p and as soon as we walked in, a young lady told a young man “the doctors called it and are no longer seeing patients.” I honestly don’t even believe the doctors called it… I believe she did. Either way, I told him I was the one that called and he said, “Sorry. The doctors called it.” He didn’t try to help resolve

I have been coming here since 2006, but the quality of service has really plummeted. The actual Optometrist doctors are great. But everyone else are terrible.
We are in a pandemic, and no one is wearing a mask except for SOME of the optometrists. The technician that did my eye puff test, did put one on when I asked her to. The lady that supposed to help you with glasses, would NOT put one on when I asked her too. Do you know how close I have to get to her to be fitted for glasses? How rude.
Not to mention it's just a revolving door of staff members. And they're on their cell phones constantly

Where do you begin with this place. Not a good place to get glasses. Preferred Harvard over this place. Second the staff here treats each other and there patients poorly. Over heard supposed managers talking poorly about other employees, and the front seemed more interested in who was dating who in the office instead of doing there jobs. Yikes. Super unprofessional, Especially if its managers dating staff. Regardless found out everything i did and didn't want to know. The doctors were amazing. I give them that. But everything else was a train wreck.

My wife and I were planning on going on vacation and my wife had worked so hard and was so excited for this vacation. A week before our vacation, she had an accident in the middle of the night and could not open her eyes by morning (they were watering throughout the night) We called Dr. Z's Memorial Office the next morning and they made arrangements to get us in right away. The treatment took only a few days to make her eyes "right as rain", so we could enjoy our vacation. We appreciate Dr, Moore, Sonya, Abbie, Hannah and Venus, thank you all so much.

Went to Dr. Zoellner to replace my glasses I lost. I told them I wanted the exact same thing i had before. Polycarbonate lenses, Blue light filter, gradient blue tint from top to bottom. Glasses cost $443. They called me two days later to tell me they couldn't do blue light and blue tint -- which means when I ordered them that way before, if they couldn't do it, they never told me they didn't do it. i told them I wanted the blue tint more than the blue light. They said they would take care of it. Today glasses arrived and I went to pick them up. They didn't have blue tint on

Just picked up my new glasses. They're uncomfortably tight. Pressing in on the sides of my head. 5min wearing and I have a headache. I was told nothing they could do about this because the strength of my prescription is causing frames to bow in. And that there was no way for them to know this would happen and nothing they can do. And this would be the case with any glasses I got. Attitude was it's your problem you have such a heavy prescription.

I've been wearing glasses since I was 8yrs old. Never been told that my glasses can't be adjusted. I'm amazed at the lack Profesional

Writing this review as I wait for my appointment which was an hour ago. Every waiting room is overly crowded, standing room only, certainly not socially distanced. Also there is zero sanitization in the lobby where people are trying on frames. I won't be back and won't be trying in frames here today. The doctors are nice and do a good job but the wait and crowded waiting areas are an absolute deal breaker for me

Shameful place of business. Employees are rude, wait times are long even with an appointment. GET YOUR GLASSES AND CONTACTS ELSEWHERE. This business (both locations) is a joke to the employees as they goof around way too often. Why hire high schoolers? They ruin the reputation of your business. Sad cause it's been around for a while.

We had two appointments today. After entering we noticed 5 employees without masks. All their customers had on masks. When I asked about it, the receptionist said "when you go back, they'll wear a mask". We canceled our appointment.

I read all these negative comments about dr zellner and was a little skeptical about going even though this is where I got my first pair of glasses but when I went in I was greeted with a happy smile and enthusiastic attitude i was taken care of by people who really cared and truly cared about me I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone that cares about you not just selling you a pair of glasses great job again

I walked into the store yesterday to get a new pair of glasses. They had my prescription so I thought it shouldn't be too long of an ordeal. Boy! Was I freakin wrong! I was prepared to wait an hour from the time I got there to the time I ordered my new frames. Nope, I was there 2 hours and told they would be ready today and they would call me in the morning when they were Ready.

So at 11:00am today "No Call" ... so I called them to get the status, the girl put me on hold and came back with "yes they are ready".

At the Harvard location I was hung up on 4 times after sitting on hold for 10 minutes and getting disconnected. The lady said "I am getting too many phone calls" then hung up on me, then didn't even answer the other 3 times before she hung up on me. The 5th time I called back to but save you from having to read all my drama with the warrantied glasses we order... that they never ordered... they have the worst customer service in the business!! We normally use a local eye dr but due to scheduling and leaving for college we had to get glasses quick we choose this place....won&apos

So my experience with this location was the perfect storm for anything & everything that could and did go wrong.

The measure of a company is not within its failure, but in how it perseveres through troubled waters. Anything that could go wrong, did. With that said Tara, the optical manager and Kylee the office manager made sure that though a bad experience was going down, they managed to fix each of the issues and left me satisfied beyond what I had expected to experience in the beginning before everything went crazy. It took a bit of time to fix, but fix it they did.

Terrible service. The girls at the front desk will talk badly about you while your standing right there at the desk. I get that there was issues with my insurance. Changed carriers and they had hard time finding my insurance. That's not why they get a one star. But to tell a customer next in line that I'm being difficult, when I literally was just trying to have them find my insurance. I went to get a new pair of glasses today at Dr. Zoellner's office and had a great experience while I was there. I have been in before and always liked the way they handle business. The entire staff is professional and courteous and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and wanted. I had my eye exam by Dr. Flushe and he recommended that I change my current prescription slightly to adjust for my right eye. After my exam was over with I picked out the frames that I wanted and then it only took them about an hour to make the new glasses for me. I am very happy with my new glasses

I was a walk-in and they got me back within 15 minutes. The staff was polite and bubbly! Dr. Flusche (spelling might be off) was amazing. He told me that my previous rx was in correct and he needed to tweak it a bit. He said I'm right eye dominant and lessened my rx power in my left eye. He said they're giving me a trial pair of contacts and we said our good byes. Then holy little baby Jesus, I slapped those puppies in and whammo, I did NOT need readers!!!! He changed my life because I'm so sick of lugging 72 pairs of readers around with me then losing 71 of them to reader gankers

We bought glasses from this office For my six year old. When we were given the glasses they did not put the prescription on them and we didn't know for almost a year. The school notified us because of the eye exam with the glasses at school. When we returned to the dr to have her eyes retested (worse now) that is when we discovered the issue with the glasses. So the manager asked. Well you can get another pair and use your insurance or we can just comp them. Wow. They wanted to sell me another pair. Don't ever take anyone to this office.

Wanted to give this place a good review.... i was warned not to to here but decided to go any way. I decided to add a pair of frames to my order and an optometrist on the phone told me they could rush cut my lenses and it would only be 15 min when I came to pick up my first pair of frames. When i showed up to give them the frames, they told me the lenses would be 1 hour. I explained the situation, but the girl was unable to find the male optometrist who told me my lenses would be a 15 minute rush cut. They have a huge selection of glasses to choose from which is great. The prices are around $100-$200. I thought it was pretty reasonable, especially with my vision insurance.

They were really busy though with lots of customers during the weekend (early Nov). The lady that was doing the pre-tests (?) for my eyes was nonchalant and unfriendly which made it a little awkward.

I was very happy to be able to collect my new glasses the next day. Unfortunately I was in a rush and it felt like they took their time to pick up my glasses even though I went close to their opening time. There were only one

I've been coming here for approximately 8 years. Convenience was my primary reason for choosing here. I work a lot of hours and setting/keeping appointments is often difficult. I won't be going back. My last few visits have been annoying. Granted, they're always busy, they don't actually NEED my business but competition seems to be growing. They should look around.
