I've been going to Dr. Merchant for several years now. I recently had my appointment. The doctor was professional and thorough as usual and the staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. The Covid-19 requirement they have now are non-intrusive. And they have a great selection on eyewear and contacts! I like the new office they moved into it is very nice with some great looking wood floors!

Dr. Merchant is patient and thorough. He seems to enjoy his work, which is so refreshing! The staff is absolutely wonderful and I felt safe with all the extra precautions they are taking. They have a great selection of glasses. Wonderful experience!

I had a suspicious extra large and dark floater in my central vision. I called Ken Merchant who I use for eye check ups and prescription glasses. He is always/consistently thorough in his evaluations and I knew he had the equipment to diagnose a tear in my retina. He took me in that very day and did an evaluation. Next he explained to me exactly what was happening. I was relieved that my retina is still in tack but he also explained what to watch for if that area gets active again. If I need to call his number in the office and the office isn’t open, there will be a number to call in an emergency

My experiences with a number of different optometrists in both Oklahoma and Texas had been quite uneven, ranging from fair to poor. I made my first appointment and have been a loyal patient now for several years. He and his staff provide excellent care and outstanding service.
