The good:
Dr Davis has the most wonderful bedside manner! He always made me sure I felt comfortable with any questions I had and I had MANY.
He did my surgery and I'm satisfied with the results.
He's a great doctor I'll admit that!!
Wendell was a pleasure! Made sure I was comfortable with the procedure as well.
The bad:
The anesthesiologist Sam was very rude as well the day of the surgery I was filed with nerves obviously who wouldn't be nervous. But he was so rude to me, did not make me feel comfortable even made the comment that we can just not do the surgery(after I paid almost 9k)obviously

This review is solely surrounding the office staff / nursing staff at the STARS office. Having a loved one that needs reconstructive surgery due to breast cancer is a nerve wracking and stressful process. You would expect health care professionals to understand that and be compassionate. The office staff never answered the phones for appointment scheduling/questions, and it consistently went to voicemail. What if we had an emergency, are we expected to just leave a message? Secondly, the nurse we were seen by, Dawn, was reason enough to not return. It seemed like we were a huge inconvenience to

I was so nervous, because at my age I felt like others would think I was vane. All about looks. Doctor M. R. Davis made me comfortable and boosted my assurance that it was okay and never judge me once. He did an awesome job. The reduction gave me a pain free daily life. Reduce back pain and relieved shoulder pain. The whole staff are so caring and full of information as much as Dr. Davis. Top Notch! Working with Dr. Davis and the staff of STARS plastic surgery was a pleasure and a great experience. Dr. O’ Toole is a fabulous and professional doctor who is caring, compassionate, and truly listens. After suffering complications post surgery I went to Dr. O’ Toole and her knowledge/experience on how to handle the situation really showed and helped me. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a doctor that truly cares about their patients, has a positive attitude, and wonderful personality to go to Dr. O’ Toole. She is truly a blessing.

I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Davis and his incredible staff and I can’t thank them enough for changing my life. I went from an 36 HH to a 36C and my quality of life has just bettered. The service, care and expertise is top notch. Dr. Davis is truly a man that cares about all people which is evident by his incredible resume. If you’re hesitant, don’t be. He is truly and artist. His staff are the best.

I highly recommend Stars Plastic Surgery. Dr. O’Toole is amazing. She truly cares about her patients, is passionate about her work and it shows in every aspect of her care from consultation to surgery to postoperative recovery. I am more than pleased with my results. I knew I was in good hands the moment I met her. I also can’t say enough about the office staff. They are professional, courteous, prompt with returning messages and just all around friendly. They will definitely have my repeat business.
